Mr. Lopez will always get our business in the future. He was professional, pleasant, and very meticulous. His work is excellent and his prices are reasonable.

It went well. They finished ahead of schedule and they were in my budget. They did an awesome job.

The job and work went well. Project was largely in support of master bathroom remodeling. Lopez Painting removed wall paper, repaired woodwork and dry wall from moving electrical outlets and installing canless lights, painted master bath, closet, toilet room, large custom vanity and cabinets. Also, painted general common areas upstairs and down and repaired drywall as needed. Finally, removed wall paper and painted a upstairs bathroom. Lopez painting show up on time, and work long days. Worked well with my general contractor teams during various phases of my masterbath room remodel.

I had my whole house painted as well as my metal fences and lamp post. Great experience with Lopez painting! The results were excellent and the job took a few days less than expected. I would hire again.

Mr. Lopez is my go-to person for all painting and wood construction work. I have hired him for 5+ jobs in the past 10 years. For this latest work, he repainted a 4-bedroom 2-bathroom house (walls only), repainted the exterior house including shutters, trim and door, repaired rotted fascia board on the garage, and rebuilt a wood deck and stained it. What I love about Lopez Painting is his consistency: (1) immediate, fair written estimates (2) ability to schedule the job quickly (3) work gets done thoroughly as it seems he concentrates on one job at a time (4) no subs (5) extremely hard working, works more than a full day (6) cleans up.

The workers I am sure know how to do a quality job. However, you could tell that time was wasted as if they were on an hourly clock. My caution if using this contractor and if you are a woman, the owner will try to take advantage of you in pricing. I am sure I will get cursed out by the owner. He has such a low opinion of women and sometime was disrespectful to you as the customer. I will never hire again. I should have paid more attention to other Angie List Reviewers that cited the same. PLEASE DO NOT PUT MY NAME AND ADDRESS...I AM AFRAID OF THIS CONTRACTOR.

He was very professional and clean. On time and very respectful!

Mr. Lopez's crew did an excellent job. We have received numerous compliments on their work. The job took six full days and the crew was punctual and worked till dark each day, making the most of the short winter days. Oscar, the foreman, and William were hardworking, pleasant and professional. Painting is a messy job and they cleaned up thoroughly on the last day. I did have to initiate contact a few times to determine whether the crew would be working on days with borderline weather conditions, but had no trouble reaching Mr. Lopez. All in all a positive experience.

They were able to accommodate my crunched time, gave a fair price, and the work was fabulous. I had Jose come back to paint one door and sand and stain another that we hadn't thought of in the first round. Everything was great. The touchups they did without having the original paint were incredible.

He did a great job. Was on time, covered up all furniture and was nice and neat.

Mr. Lopez is an extremely good painter.  He is very careful and meticulous in what he does at all stages of a contracted job. Mr. Lopez works carefully so that each part of the job is completed to his satisfaction. His interaction with his assistants, both young men, was respectful and instructive. <br /> I feel very fortunate to have this good, kind man as my painter. I hope to use his services for future painting jobs . However, I should mention that he is an excellent carpenter. I know that because of wood repairs that he has done for me in the past. <br /> He has an excellent sense of how long each part of his current job will take. When unexpected problems arise, requiring additional materials , he carefully explains the necessity of those additional materials and their approximate cost. As he finishes each segment of a painting or carpentry job, he updates the length of time needed to finish a job. <br /> Mr. Lopez is fluent in English, and he can be reached by phone at his business location. <br />

They were on time the price was fair they were very professional we kept adding more drywall since we recognized they were doing such a good job we added more.  We have never used them before so you never no what to expect with contractors.  Will rehire and will refer. <br />

They noticed a few items the missed when they quoted and I added a few things. I felt the final price was fair. They did an excellent job and finished ahead of schedule.
