This is the second time I have used their services (did hardwood floor installation in the past and they just did hardwood floor refinishing). They did a great job-floors look wonderful! I appreciate that they sealed off items and areas to minimize dust exposure. They moved furniture, sanded, and applied several coats of finish - in just two days. They communicated with me throughout the day so I always knew when I could or could not walk on the floors. Overall, it was a much easier project than I had anticipated! I highly recommend them for your next floor replacement or refinishing.

inconsistent finish on floors, light in some areas dark in others, splash marks on the base boards as well as the stairwell walls, sanding was not consistent throughout the house.

I had Lord Wood refinish the Hard wood floors in my house not a business. They came right out for the estimate, Ana and Humberto were very friendly and wanted to assure me that wed really be happy with our floors, and we are. They completed the job from start to finish in two days. It was a pleasure working with them. I would highly recommend them.
