Absolutely wonderful! Jerry and his crew were very professional, prompt, and completed our job quickly with results beyond our expectations. They left our yard clean when done, and were very friendly and accomodating while they worked. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a job that would last and be exactly what we needed. I honestly have never seen a deck built as solidly as this one. Jerry Losli has 21 years experience and it shows! Even the hardware used is absolutely top grade. That and the high quality lumber make this project absolutely beautiful!

Installation was fast and went OK. However after less than a year black streaks ran down the fence from the staples Losli uses. I thought long and hard about if I should post this review. I like Jerry and he lives in our city, but at the end of the day I rely on customer feedback to make my vendor choices so wouldn't feel OK if I didn't post this honest review. Bottom line is that Losli Fencing uses staples to attach their fence boards (at least they did on our fence) - and I am not sure if they cheap out on the type of staple or what but there are ugly black streaks running down the fence from the staples. Every time I look at our fence I get upset that Jerry wouldn't at least let us know that would happen ahead of time. The staple gun is a faster tool and saves Losli Fencing time and money but it's bad for the customer. I sent Jerry photos of these streaks earlier this spring and he was apathetic about it, basically saying "yea that will happen and you should stain your fence". I want to let my cedar fence grey naturally, but now it's an eye sore. I told Jerry that the lease he could do is let the customer know before hand. I wish Angies List would allow me to post photos but I don't see that option on the review form.

Jerry replaced our entire aging back deck and stairs to yard using TimberTek products. He included four lights and automatic timer, with one light in each of four posts. We had difficulty with the first timer he installed and Jeri replaced the timer in a timely fashion, and to our satisfaction. The deck was approximately 12 x 18 feet.

Jerry and his team did a fantastic job! They were wonderful to work with and my fence is amazing! Hands down the best company I’ve hired for a home improvement project. I highly recommend Losli Fence and Deck!

Jerry Losli and his crew did a great job of replacing our backyard fence. Before the new fence was installed, Jerry was very responsive to my questions and kept me well informed of scheduling issues. The work itself went very well, and the new fence is outstanding. I highly recommend Jerry and his company for fencing. I only wish they did other kinds of home projects!

It was....FANTASTIC! Very quick too. They started on a Monday and finished early Thursday afternoon. Ripped out the old deck and put in a newer, much bigger and better deck. The deck looks amazing! I can't recommend this company enough. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Always on time, professional and left the backyard looking better than when they arrived! You can't tell anybody was back there working less than an hour before. Very, very happy with them and the job!!

Jerry did a great job. The fence turned out beautiful. We are super pleased with the final result. He built a trellis over one of the gates which turned out reallly nice. His communication was excellent. He was very responsive and he even completed under the time line anticipated. We would definitely recommend Losli Fence and deck and we would hire them again.

We actually had this work done last summer. Our shared fence with a neighbor had come down in a windstorm that winter. We had about 50' of that replaced and shared the cost. We also had a new gate put in, and a short section of fence on the other side of the house (between the house and other fence) that had fallen down multiple times. <br> <br>I couldn't believe how fast these guys worked. They got the old fence torn down and new posts set the first day. The next day the fence was up by time we got home. The fence looks nice and damage to the plants was very minimal. They did dig into a sprinkler line while setting a post, but they let me know right away and fixed it themselves, and the sprinkler worked fine the rest of the summer with no clogs or anything. Jerry was really good about answering questions and everyone was quite friendly and professional. <br> <br>I'm writing this review now as I wasn't an Angie's List member last summer. Also, last week we had one of the boards next to the gate crack and break (the board had a knot in it and it separated along the knot). They came out the next day and fixed it, good as new. Very happy with their responsiveness and standing behind their work. <br> <br> <br>

Jerry was able to give me an estimate right away of when they could start. They came out as scheduled and finished the fence in a day and a half. The fence looks very good, and they did only minimal damage to surrounding shrubs, which was pretty good considering the layout. We would use them again for future work. <br /> <br /> <br />

It went perfectly.  This was the second time we used Losli Fence and Deck. We were so happy with another deck replacement they did last summer we had them back when the majority of our plants were "sleeping".  Even though I knew how awkward and difficult it would be, I still asked if they could try to work around a flower bed that runs for about 16 feet along the deck.  The whole crew did an amazing job of avoiding the area. From the last project we already knew their work and clean up would be first rate, but they were more wonderful that I had even hoped.   We were so pleased (again) that we've asked for a bid on another project.

It went well.  From the beginning, Jerry was very professional and responsive.  He came out to bid the deck and brought samples of materials for us to look over.  He patiently answered our many questions and had our bid earlier than promised and was responsive and respectful.  He had an earlier opening than our scheduled work time, so we got our deck about 2 weeks earlier and we got to enjoy our new deck this summer!  Jerry and his crew worked very hard and quickly for 3 days.  It was done earlier than he had scheduled out (one reason is that the concrete foundation was solid and did not have to be dug out and replaced).  The deck looked amazing!  We did notice a couple of areas that needed extra caulking, so Jerry sent one of his men to work on it within a few days that we contacted him.  We are very happy with the deck and grateful to Jerry and his crew for a job well done and recommend them very highly.  <br />

Extremely well.  Very prompt getting a quote to us after we first contacted them.  Bid provided was very complete with measurements/costs broken out by the sections that we share with our neighbors.  Jerry also broke out the cost for tear-down of the existing fence.  He was very flexible in getting the work scheduled and completed for us and the work was actually completed a 1/2 day earlier than promised.  Additionally, Jerry and his crew worked with us to make a couple of adjustments to while the work was underway.  Very service oriented, very professional and extremely good work.  Will definitely use them again in the future. <br />

Jerry was punctual, professional, and provided the highest quality of fencing. It was better than I even expected. His bid was very competitive and reasonable. He arrived on the day that he said he would, fitting us in earlier than we expected when he got a cancellation. His crew cleaned up everything upon completion as promised. I liked the fact that Jerry was here every day himself, and didn't simply send a crew out, but worked along with them. With neighbors on 2 sides, and a small pond right up against the fence on one side, there was some diplomacy necessary, and Jerry handled it beautifully! I highly recommend Losli fence and give him "straight A's"! <br />

<p>We couldn't have asked for a better experience.  Jerry was very prompt in bidding on the project, and let us know at the time that he was heavily scheduled this summer.  He told us that he limited the number of hours his crew worked when the temperatures were extremely high, and our start date might need to be pushed out a bit.  Actually we respected him for that, and when there were a record number of days over 90 degrees we weren't surprised or distressed at the short delay.  We prefer to communicate by email, and Jerry did a fine job of keeping in touch with us as we changed some of our initial thoughts.  </p> <p>The removal and replacement of the old deck and trellis went perfectly from our perspective.  The crew carefully handled all of our heavy pots of flowers and did a great job of minimizing the construction effects to the other plants in the yard.  They were friendly, professional, and impressed us with their work ethic.  We have already hired them to replace another deck this winter.</p>
