Our business is owner operated of the Amish-Mennonite faith. All work is performed unto YAHWEH of exceptional quality and at a fair rate. 75% of work is hands on performed, but due to time constraints and being able to offer better rates subcontractors are used when necessary, while not infringing upon the quality of work. Estimates are free for the first 30mins, once exceeded a thirty dollar consultation fee will apply per hour. If you decide we can meet your needs then the consultation fee will be credited back. The job was done very well. Our ceiling looks new again like there was no damage before. I also like that he made sure the surrounding area were all well protected from potential damages before starting his work. Steven is also kind and trustworthy.

It went very well. He is very trust worthy. I was comfortable leaving him in my house alone to work. He worked around my schedule. It was like working with a friend. This is the second time I have used him and I would highly recommend him.

"The price was discussed on the front end and agreed upon. The job went smoother than expected so we finished up sooner than thought. Client then stated the hours it took (3/4 of a day which exceeded the half day min. in turn making it a full day), looking for an hourly rate price instead of what she had previously agreed on! I believe the C's represent her disgruntlement in the price required for the job. This review is a curse and I break it in the name of Yahshua our Messiah! Amen! Halleluyah!"

I just can't say enough about the detail, precision, and care that Steven puts into his work. If I could rate him an A+ on here, I would have. Excellent in every way. Perfect cabinet installation. He fastening it to the studs in wall, even when the directions did not call for it. He fixed a problem with our recirculating pump that no other handyman or even plumber could figure out! For the first time in 8-1/2 years, we finally don't have to wait 2 minutes for hot water in our master bathroom!!! My husband was amazed this morning!!! Not only did he fix the door on our bathroom vanity that no one else could, but also saved me from making a huge mistake with my selection of caulk for some brickwork. Honestly, Steven has been a blessing from the Lord. I already have hired him for other various jobs, that will take competence. You won't go wrong if you hire him.

Very well. I dealt directly with Steven, the owner. He was always timely and always did what he said. If he said he would call on a certain date, he called even if he had not yet obtained the information discussed (there were others who failed to make return calls even though they assured me they would). I had been told that the door could not be repaired and must be replaced, which would have been quite costly. Steven stuck with me and came up with a creative and affordable repair solution. In addition, he was willing to stick by his estimate even though more work was required than he initially thought. I paid him the extra to ensure that he was fairly compensated, but he would have graciously accepted the estimate he had given. He was professional, nice and did a quality job. I would definitely use him again.

Steven makes the appointment, shows up on time, sizes up the work and provides an estimate, broken out in labor and materials. He is courteous and professional, and cleans up after he is done, The quality of his work is impressive. He tries to be as minimally invasive as he can and takes great care that everything is finished out nicely, even the stuff that is going to be covered up with cabinetry or otherwise out of sight. The whirlpool and shower fixtures he installed look great and work better than the original, and the patched and textured drywall make it impossible to tell there was ever a hole (and the holes ranged in size from one inch to nine inches). I would not hesitate to use Steven's services again in the future. I trust him as an honest businessman, an expert craftsman, and a respectful gentleman.

Just like our experience with S.T.P. during early Nov 2014, Steven was thorough during the estimate phase, did great work, and was completed in less time than he estimated. Steven is great to work with, and trustworthy enough to make a business agreement with only a handshake! I highly recommend S.T.P. Home Improvements, and will use them for future home improvement projects.

Steven was great to work with from the very beginning! He was very thorough when putting together the information for the estimate, and once the estimate was completed he explained all of the material that would be needed, gave a reasonable time estimate, and gave us an idea of what to expect while he was doing the work. Steven was very professional, very good at the work he performed, and even finished ahead of schedule. I highly recommend using S.T.P. Home Improvements and have them at the top of my list for any future projects! <br />

<p><br /></p> Days before I was set to go on vacation, I saw signs of a problem with my bathroom floor. I called Steven Pearson of STP, he arrived promptly and quickly assessed the situation, pointing out that the supports in the floor in my old house were inadequate, and the wood beams were cracked. He replaced, and increased the number of supports. Time for my vacation was approaching. He now had to retile the floor, grout, and reset toilet and sink. He worked extra hard and extra hours to get the job done on time so I would have a working bathroom available. I have to give him A+ for the extra effort, attention to detail and neatness. The job was completed with a day to spare, and I was very happy. <br />
