All in all -better than I expected! We had a few issues with faulty parts that had to be replaced, also with sprinkler head placement but we figured it out and the sprinklers were done in a day! Bravo to this company! Thank you Angi!

When the job was completed the filled the pond with water and ran the waterfall. I noticed that they used duct tape to hold up the liner to the water fall and to tape the excess liner down to make it look cleaner. I didnt think of it. A few days later drained the pond because i noticed the duct tape lifting. I went and bought some water proof taper to fix the tape that was lifting. I filled it up and let the pond run and then the next day i noticed the liner was lifting up because water got under it. I called Luis he came and looked at it and he said he wouldn't fix it because we cut the liner and taped it. I told him we did not cutting and just simply covered the tape his crew used. He insisted he did no use any tape and that it was our fault because we cut the liner. I again argued with him and told him that the water had gotten under the liner because of the tape work he did. He sent me a video saying they did not use any tape. But in the video you can see the tape they used to hold the liner against the water fall, you can also here his workers say this is our first water fall and another worker say they need make sure nowater gets in under the liner from the water fall. I drained the pond later and removed the liner and noticed the cement work his crew did was cracked alround the pond and was breaking apart. I called for three different cement contractors to come out and look at the pond and they all said cheap concrete was used. The concrete used was sand based and rock based. The concrete used was for rock walls. Luis refused to come fix my pond , so I had to hirer another concrete company to do the work properly, which cost me $2300. Luis also took my water pump I use to drain the pond. I told him I wanted it back and he never dropped it off. I would not recommend him to anyone!!!
