Loudoun Crown Moulding

Terrible Service!! Do not use this company!!! The initial price was too high but I accepted it because it was hard to get any help in my area. When they arrived they were ill-prepared and charged me another exorbitant price to do the job. I felt forced to pay it because I needed the job done. Then I was told they needed to purchase materials to do the job, which I will pay. I paid that extra couple hundred dollars too. Then I noticed I had purchase tools they needed, and expected to keep. I requested the money back for the cost of the tools. I was told I'd receive a receipt for everything online. I was not there when the installation was finished. When I saw my Pergola in my front yard I found the built in bar table was very crooked by a few inches, and it had a long larg gap toward the middle. I also found the bench seats had been reinstalled twice. They left several large holes on the middle of each side of my main post where we will sit. They attempted to cover up the holes with something that looks like cheap wood puddy. It was much lighter than the actual wood posts and now it's staining and running down the posts because of the rain. They also damaged the main slotted joist. A large strip of the wood was torn off of the end that is easiest to see. Of course they never bothered to advise me of the damage they made and/or covered up! Although they were paid in full before performing the job, a few days after I received a invoice for the materials I paid for in cash. At that point I sent the owner a nasty gram. He then had the nerve to send me a message back and commented on (my attitude). This mental midget must believe he is beyond reproach. He should be paying me for damaging my Pergola and running it! I still may do something legally to recoup the damages...

He was fantastic. He was professional and I couldn't be happier. He did a great job.

I highly recommend Loudoun crown moulding. They did a phenomenal job working on my crown mounding, on all nine door casing door boards. Giving our home the exact vision that my husband and I had.

It’s went amazing my home is looking magazine ready! They did an amazing job and gave me an amazing craftsman style look with the custom 3 panel doors and beautiful custom 3 step crown Moulding feature. And my French doors look way better then the old sliding glass door. All in all I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work!
