Erwin and Danielle arrived on time. They were very nice. After showing them around they got right to work.  I have a large home and they were done rather quickly which surprised me. They were here a little over 3 hours.I was busy with my children so I didn't really look to carefully at the job they did while they were here. <br />   Once they left I went around my home and I was shocked by what I found! Nothing on my kitchen counter tops were moved or cleaned under or around. I found crumbs under my toaster oven and dust along the counters. There was dust on my kitchen light fixture. The counter in my laundry room was not cleaned at all and still had dust on it. Although the floor was mopped it was vacuumed before hand. There was dirt and debris under the cabinets and around the washer and dryer. The hallway leading to the laundry room was never swept of vacuumed. It was still dirty. My fireplace mantle was never dusted. The dresser in my daughters room looked exactly the way she left it. It was untouched and dusty. The bathrooms all had dust above the shower doors. The floors around the toilet bowls were all dusty and never mopped. The vanities in the master bathroom were still dirty. I even found a toothpaste smear still on one of them! I took pictures to document everything. I emailed them right away saying I wasn't happy, explaining why, and that I would no longer be using their services. It has been 2 days and I still have not heard from them. I would have at least appreciated a response back.  <br />   I feel like I threw my money in the garbage. I am very upset by their service and their lack of customer service. I really would like a partial refund as I feel they in no way completed the job they were hired for. If you want a rushed job , just do it yourself instead of hiring this company!!! <br /> <br />

We hired Love Bug Cleaning Service two months ago when our daughter was born because we couldn't handle housekeeping with a newborn.  They are wonderful, really nice people.  They arrive on time.  They clean quickly and thoroughly.  The cost is very fair for the great job they do.  We're really happy with them and will continue to use them. <br /> One other unique quality is they always remind us to keep the communication open.  If there is anything we'd like them to do or do differently, just to talk to them.  That's a big reason why we love their services.  We plan on continuing to use them going forward. I purchased a "Big Deal" for 6 hours of residential cleaning ( 2 person 3 hours). Danielle and Erwin were punctual and very pleasant. I had them concentrate on the bathroom, dining room, family room, kitchen and hall areas since we will be entertaining for the holidays. We are very pleased with the quality of their work and their attention to details and would recommend them. We plan to use them regularly going forward. <br />

Cleaned both bathrooms and kitchen, dusted and vacuumed first and second floor, washed all tile floors |They arrived early which I thought was great got right to work and did a few things I did not have on the list. Would have liked them to wash the inside of all windows but ran out of time.

Extremely pleased with the cleaning job done by Erwin and Danielle.  They are both are very professional and get to work right away and do a very complete cleaning job.  The windows, that  I asked them to do, are so clean that you can see right through as if there is no glass.  The kitchen and bathrooms are immaculate.  It always smell and feels real good for days after they leave.  I am so glad for their help. <br />

Great service! Danielle and Erwin are very nice people who really care about doing a quality job. They are very open to feedback and want you to be happy with the service they provide. I love coming home to a clean house and knowing I won't have to look for things that were missed bc everything I ask them to do is always done! Their prices are fantastic also. I would recommend them to anyone.

They did a very good job on the 3 rooms that they cleaned. The cleaned everything including the base boards. I would recommend them to others. The price was very good for the work that they did.

They were very professional.  I have two dogs and was glad that they are dog lovers and didn't mind having to work with the dogs being there.  I also like knowing that it will always be them doing the cleaning - not a different person every time.  I will be using them on a regular basis.  Nice to come home to a clean house! <br />

I am unable to clean and wanted to find people who would clean the way I did when I was able.  We are very pleased.  They spotlessly cleaned 2 houses, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens and living rooms, and even cleaned inside the appliances finding waffles our guests left in the microwave that I would never have found!   Included in the cleaning were the fan blades, bookcases, etc. Since Danielle and Erwin show up when they say they will, and work as a synchronized team it doesn't take an excessive amount of time to complete the job which is important to me since I work from home.  They even let one of my dogs hang around because she thought they were there to entertain her.  They bring their own cleaning supplies and will use anything you have, if you wish.  I like to clean the floors with white vinegar because I have dogs.   <br /> They asked for feedback on their work, i.e., if there was anything else we wanted them to do, or anything they missed.  I can't think of anything.   When my last cleaning person retired I was really worried, but thanks to Angie's List and Love Bugs Cleaning Service there was no need to worry.  I have already recommended them to others and will continue to have them clean on a regular basis.   <br /> <br />

They were the bestI have used many cleaning services in the past and none of them compared to their thoroughess and professionalism.. They even noticed a couple of cobwebs at the top of my 20 ft ceiling and rigged sticks and brooms to get to them on a ladderThen while cleaning one of my ceiling fansErwin discovered the globe was loose and he repaired it! <br /> <br />The bathrooms sparkle and all the hair from my 3 cats is gone even on my vertical blinds! <br /> <br /> <br />

2 people worked 5 hours and cleaned one very large house.  5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms...Overall they did good, but everyone misses something.  I would have them back again.  They were nice people. <br />

Erwin and Danielle are great.  They have been cleaning my home for about 2 months now.  They are pleasant and friendly, the cost is very reasonable, and they do a great job.  They are always soliciting feedback to see where they could improve.  I am so pleased that I have referred them to neighbors, family and coworkers.  If you are looking for a 1-time cleanup or an on-going housecleaner, these guys are great. <br />

Cleaned 1-1/2 bathrooms thoroughly, dusted and vacummed large bedroom.  Cleaned all mirrors, ceiling fans and windows in that section of the house.  Cleaned 2 interior faux decorative roofings in kitchen and master bath (long in size and high up, needing a tall ladder).  Cleaned counter and sink area in kitchen.  Erwin helped us by lifting and installing a TV on the wall that we could not do alone. <br />

In a world full of incompetent business people, this duo is a miracle find.  They are meticulous and take great pride in their work.  They do a FANTASTIC job!  They bring their own cleaning supplies and are efficient, organized and prepared.  They are always on time and it takes them 2 l/2 hours to clean my entire home which is a Godsend as I am sickly and cannot stand to have cleaning people who are here half the day.  They are so quiet (except for the vacuuming) thoroughly involved in the job at hand.  They are professional, honest, happy and friendly people.  Their prices are extremely reasonable. <br /> I would definitely recommend Love Bugs for the home or office.  I am looking forward to a long-lasting working relationship with Love Bugs! <br />
