The owner of the business has been professional in his resolution of the issue. The issue was with the sub contractor. After receiving the deposit he cancelled our appointment due to personal issues. We set up another day for the work to continue. The sub contractor never showed up and never contacted me. I found someone else to continue the work and informed the owner that I no longer needed their services.

Lawrence Gipson did a fantastic Job, very knowledgeable & the installation was very professional. The 2 toilets he installed look like nothing was ever wrong with them and the floors look beautiful. I would recommend them again.
