Due to the pandemic we understand that keeping your homes sanitized may be exactly what you need right now,however, your income may have changed as ours has. We wish you all a safe journey as we see this through!❤️ We are a customized cleaning service which simply means we are here to provide you with the service you need. Naturally, we have a a general list of common priorities, however, we understand that what might be a priority for one person, may not be a priority for another. Therefore, we listen to you and what’s important to you. Our Moto here at Loving Care Cleaning is : we love What We Do and We Love Doing It For You! Each one of our housekeepers are screened and given background checks. We will never send anyone into your home that has theft, or violence of any kind on their records. Our cleaners have a variety of experience, although sometimes we do hire someone who has little to no experience. If by chance we are planning on sending a new hire, or someone with less experience we will give you the option of choosing a different cleaner, and we will usually offer a discount for accepting the new hire so that you can give us a review on her.The only way we know how well our cleaners are cleaning, or where they could improve is by your feed back, so communication with us is very valuable to Loving Care Cleaning!! We believe everyone has to start somewhere, and we would love them to start here so that we can train them in what we believe is "the right way". We want our girls to not only love to clean, but we look for girls with a "servants heart". We work hard to match up the cleaner and the clients to provide the best possible experience, and work environment. We want our cleaners to love,really love working for you and we want you to really love her working for you too! At the present time we have 6 women working. Each one of them are Independent contractors and are learning to manage their own business and schedules. CANCELATIONS : WE REQUIRE AT LEAST A 12 HOUR NOTICE FOR CANCELATIONS. IF THE CLEANER ARRIVES AT YOUR HOME AND YOU ARE NOT HOME, OR HE/SHE IS UNABLE TO DO THE WORK BY NO FAULT OF THEIRS. THERE IS A 1 HOUR CHARGE TO COMPENSATE THE CLEANER FOR COMING OUT THERE. COVID-19 PROTOCOL-As we enter this time uncertainty we are trying to keep one step ahead by keeping everyone safe! We want you to know that we are using ALL precautions, tools, and knowledge available to us.to keep you, your loved ones and ourselves virus free. We are hoping by April 4th to begin sewing masks. If you must be at home while the girls are cleaning we ask that we all practice safe distancing. How do we do that? We ask that you go into a room in the house while we clean your master bedroom and bathroom. Then after we are done you and who ever is home with you should go in and play a game, watch tv, read what ever it is you enjoy while we clean and sanitize your home. We will let you know when we’re finished and you can come back out. If you must come out while we are there just let us know and again use safe distancing. Our Products: Because we have always used Top of line sanitizers, and disinfectants I already had them on hand, Odoban-kills HIV, Covid-19, Mold and many other viruses and bacteria’s. We believe it kills Covid-19 bc all the health officials tell us that by washing our hand for 20 seconds we are protected. They my also tell us that Covid-19 is easy to kill on surfaces according to my research, however, it can live up to 3 days on surfaces such as cardboard (wood), stainless steal, plastic. "Okay I have figured out which house your talking about. There were workmen there panting and sanding down the stairs. Waking in and out of the house. There were several more working in the back yard on the deck coming on and out of the house. The owner of the house was gone when we were done as the workmen were in and out in out while we’re were trying to the floors and finish up. When I did my final walk through I found a couple things we missed around the window sills and we got that before we left. As I said before had someone called us and said “ hey we found some things ya’ll missed” we would have back either that afternoon or the very next morning and fixed it. We weren’t even given a chance to correct it. Furthermore, I have no idea what was missed. I honestly didn’t see anything wrong. But.. I’m human it’s possible you saw something we didn’t. From my reviews I would think it’s obvious that we do the best work possible! We are human and we can make a mistake. We’re more than willing to fix!! I’m very sorry. I sincerely wish you had called. "Your review seems a bit unfair. Up until this day you were very happy with our service, we were not only on time we were there early waiting for your husband to return from taking you to work. The house looked amazing or do you said. I understand your mad because we refused you service but to be fair we had You left us no choice and here’s why... ...you had at least 12 people in that small house. There were people in every room. There was no way to keep my cleaner mentally comfortably or physically safe. It takes up to 14 days for symptoms to appear and some people are a symptomatic. I have a protocol listed on my page that we adhere to very strictly. Had you warned me that your whole family was there I would have told you this. In the past there were 3. Your husband and your 2 mothers. We walked into a house with 1 or more persons in every room except the bathroom. I understand that you just had a death in the family (and I’m very sorry for your loss) and your family was all coming together for the service. It never occurred to me that there would be that many people there so I didn’t think to ask! We have our families,and our other clients to think of too. The less people we come in contact with the lower the risk. The only thing you could promise me is that no one would be in the room that we were cleaning and I couldn’t all of you to go into 1 room while we cleaned there were just to many of you. I didn’t ask anyone to leave. There were 2 people in a bedroom( where you wanted her to start.) I’m not sure how many were in the den. Some in the living room, 3 in the kitchen...it was just to many for safety. I have to be able to tell what clients that are trusting us through this pandemic ... that we are using responsible safe distancing, sanitizing, and disinfecting! Sincerely, Lorena campbell"
