Loving Clean

When I first hired them they did a great job for a decent price. But then they started canceling on me all of the time. Once they cancelled on my the day before I had guests arriving. They apologized so I kept them on. Now, they are totally unreachable. No answer on the phone. No answer on text. No returning of phone calls. Nothing. I wanted to confirm my December cleaning date and - radio silence. Just not reliable anymore. Really wanted to like them and keep them.

Two cleaners came to do a move-out cleaning on a 2000 sq ft house that was vacant. Cleaners remarked that the house was "already very clean" and they expected to have no problems getting it ready in about two hours. They were at the house for a little less than two hours. Very disappointed with the results. Discovered that several basic things had not been touched at all (one of the toilets, inside of oven and microwave, some floors, top of fridge, top of bathtub enclosure) and the glass shower doors were covered with Soft Scrub residue. Cleaners made a half hearted attempt to clean some of these things before leaving. After further inspection of the house, we found that the finish on one side of the ceramic kitchen sink was completely scrubbed off. This damage required refinishing before the house could be put up for sale. Not to mention taking the time to clean the house properly. Attempted to contact the owner by telephone and through Angie's List to discuss the issues and there was no response ... even after advising that a stop payment had been put on the check. We would not recommend this company for any type of cleaning job.

It was great we love them because of work details was clean, nice and they are easy to work with.

Did an awesome job! they really do. She is professional and on time if she's not I would not hire her.
