"just to let everyone know she refused to pay what I was asking for, therefore had to get materials to fit her budget, she had hired previous painters to do the job those painters did not return they took her deposit and didn't return, I did not take a deposit I was trying to help her out by not charging very much, in my mind I don't think she had the money to pay after I was done. unappreciated customer likes to take advantage of good workers, she also admitted that i did not shorten her steps and I used treated wood I have the text messages to prove it"

Not good and the job was very hobbled. This Handyman had lack of tools to do the job and lack of knowledge. Did not We will have to go over almost everything. Basement door is ruined. That will result in time and money. In reviews it states he is early to jobs and cleans up after he works and gets rid of debris. He does not. I think his idea of a handy man is you go get everything I will do whatever. He wanted to leave over 1 inch openings in my front door. Had to call him back to fix it. We will have to repair it on our own. Pretty much did not know what he was doing. Horrible. He told me i buy the new doors and locks/ deadbolts and he has the rest of the supplies. Did not and pretty sure what he did use was from other jobs. Nothing he used fit the criteria of what my house needed. Nothing fit except for the new door because it came with all it needed. Hammer happy. Left dents. The quote was $185 for him and his work/ materials. He ended up with more than that. I may not use Angie's List again. I have lots of photos. I will not post now but i have them.

"I came back each time to work fixed everything I was told to do, basement door did not fit they raised the floor i made it fit, front door did not open it opens now, she asked me to throw away the extra wood I did do so down a steep hill almost slipping and falling for her to say I didn't clean up is beyond me, fixed all the rotted wood in the door way"
