Two of my five sprinkler valves were leaking and I was losing a lot of water. Based on the 20+ year age of the valves Crystal recommended replacing all of them to avoid the risk of the other three going bad soon. The valves are replaced & no leaks. Crystal did a good job and followed up and communicated effectively. Thanks Crystal!

We were in a difficult spot & a less reputable company could have taken advantage of the situation. Salt Lake City called notifying us of continuously flowing water and a very sharp increase in our water bill. We needed to shut off the main water line immediately. After the City came out, we looked on Angi and found "Low Price Landscaping & Sprinkler." They came quickly, assessed the situation, provided a price that lived up to their name, and started work immediately. They kept us informed of what they were doing and why. They worked diligently and efficiently completing the job much sooner than we expected and on budget. We would highly recommend "Low Price Landscaping & Sprinkler." We have already referred them to our son.

Crystal was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. We called her for what we thought was a sprinkler line leak, but unfortunately it turned out to be the main line. Crystal took care of everything, including not only her and her team's part with replacing the main line, but also coordinating and communicating with the concrete company and the plumber. Fair price, communicative, punctual, friendly, professional. She updated us regularly on the progress, checked in to see how we were doing, and worked as quickly as possible to get our water back. She is fantastic and we plan to hire her again shortly for landscaping and redoing our sprinklers.

They will take jobs that other companies won't do. I thought they did really good work. Parts were not included in the bid, which was a surprise to me but apparently not that unusual. I would hire them again.

This company is the most UNRELIABLE company I have ever worked with. I had multiple people bid the backyard and this company happened to be the cheapest, and the only one that had any reviews. I should have gone with any other company regardless of the price. Refused to level my backyard because ‘the sod would soak up any water that would cause flooding in the basement’, didn’t show up three of the five days she said she would have it done, tried to nickel and dime us for MORE money even though she had already given us a bid for the job, didn’t even dig the PVC pipes deep enough so that they won’t freeze during the winter. The list really does go on and on. Yeah low price, but also really really shotty and low quality work. Ended uo Before you hire this company understand that you really do get what you pay for which won’t be much. I’m pretty convinced that the only real reviews on this company are from friends and family.

"the back yard didn't need to have dirt taken out of it .I told the one guy that I wasn't even dealing with nor did was he paying me that the back yard flooded whenever it did in the past because they layed bark on it and I told the guy that his back yard flooded because there was nothing there to hold the water back so grass would be like a sponge to hold water back but the back yard didn't even have a slope it was flat.and I was dealing with the mother in law not the guy from the house.the pipes were 12in.deep bit he dug them up and all my reviews on Angie'[Member Information Removed] list are from real people and jobs that have been done right .low price landscaping has been in business for over 20 yrs and we're here to satisfy homeowners.if ur going to hire a company then trust that. company.also the back yard sprinkler lines were dug up by the owner and removed in the picture"

"he said he wanted to go out and look at it .and the pipes were not completely dry .when u repair a main line and u have to give it 24hrs to dry and in colder weather 48hrs and u have to turn on ur main line slowly or the 1in. pipe can pop off ..so the homeowner came over and it seems like he turned the stop and waste on too fast and didn't do it slowly to pressurize so it popped.i crystal came out the next day and fixed it right away and also I did put electrical caps over the wires.the homeowner was happy that everything was fixed."

Crystal and her crew came out promptly on a Saturday when I needed sprinkler valves replaced. They did a great job fast and it was reasonably priced. I'd recommend them for sure!

Family owned business that was easy to work with. Showed up on time and stayed on task even though it was 98 degrees. Replaced one sprinkler and moved four others. Job was done exactly as I requested and for a reasonable price.
