I have hired Loya's cleaning crew for 8 hours 1 person deep cleaning. The main guy(business owner) had mentioned 254$, As i was an old customer i requested to honor old tariff. That is 225$. I paid 225$+20$ as tip all cash. Four people came and they worked for two hours. Honestly only two people worked while the rest of the other two cleaning crew wasted literally 2 hours of the complete session. They did not give me a receipt and did extremely lousy work. Highly unprofessional. They are cleaning crew not bosses. But they act like gods. Never get their services. YOU GUYS WILL REGRET HIRING LOYA'S CLEANERS.

"I am sorry that you felt, that way. and yes you were right, you are an old customer that call for service once a year or two. My wife and I started this business then next year when you call we have another associate so we cleaned your house with 3 cleaners then this time we brought 4 cleaners. Like I explained you don't have to wait to get professional cleaning service; your house was under poor condition. Bathrooms, kitchen, inside fridge, inside oven were so filthy, the dust was extremely bad everywhere. Not healthy for a 2 year old that is crawling all over the house. also you brought a ladder to kitchen and commanded us to clean the grease kitchen ceiling, appliances, cabinets and all over the counter tops. OUR INSURANCE POLICIES WERE TOTALLY IGNORED BY HER. So we did an excellent job also you ask us to lift all furniture and remove the big carpets something to heavy to lift AND AGAIN I told HER that due to insurance we can't lift more than 30 pounds, but you call your husband to help so we help by courtesy. Also were watching for you 2 year boy to make sure he was ok, while you were all the time on your computer. I ask you one time politely that your 2 year boy needed to be with mom all the time while we clean. But he was interfering and grabbing our cleaning supplies tray; thats when we ask you to "help us with your lovely son in order to honor your time". One of the Girls was cleaning inside the shower and the 2 year boy entered the bathroom and start grabbing the cleaning supplies so the associates had to interrupt her job to protect the kid from harm and brought the kid back to you. So We did and excellent job plus baby sitting. Oh boy I am sorry for your poor feedback but we really work ho*** ** your house believe me. I quoted 8 man labor hours with 1 cleaner but we came with 4 cleaners for 2.5 extra hrs and nothing was wasted you received a lot a extras. we felt we had exceeded your expectations when I ask to check the house you agree that everything was excellent. plus we also sweep the garage and removed a lot of cobwebs.extra service again. but we did it. It was a challenge working under those conditions. But we did and excellent job and coupes with this lady attitude toward our associates. Honestly we felt shocked by your feedback. By the way we are not gods we are hardworking individuals representing God with our hardworking services. adding value to our customers give 'em time back and training and leading our associates by example. To be honest we all left your house we felt happy for the boy I don't understand why you decided to blackmail us INSTEAD OF CALLING US DIRECTLY TO RESOLVE YOUR ISSUES when our Services are 100% Guaranteed! We had the Loya team in today to do a MUCH needed deep (Spring) cleaning of our house and they were amazing. They did everything that we asked and were very polite and professional. Our windows have never looked this clean. We strongly recommend using this team to clean your house.

Excellent job in cleaning all rooms, halls, and surfaces. 3-person crew cleaned for 2 hours. Covered master bedroom/bath, guest bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Small mix-up with scheduling (night before the appointment), but we were able to eventually come to an agreeable arrival time. <br>

Ladies left after 4 hours of cleaning. I contacted the company immediately but they refuse to complete the additional 2 hours paid for.

"The package in question was for $168 for 6hr of cleaning. for one cleaner. Basic math. So we sent 2 cleaners for 3hrs plus we walked the extra mile and give you an extra hour for free. it is sad when a physical job like this is not appreciated. But well thank you for the opportunity."

"Firstly the day and time during the day you proposed was taken. The second time we try to coordinate we had a cancelation in the morning and your appointment was at 2pm so we ask if we can go around 11am and you told us that you can't. So I apologize but I cannot afford to waste 3 hrs on the car thats why we have a policy in place. The house cleaning industry is one that has very low profit margins, therefore we schedule all of our jobs on a daily basis based upon what work is available that particular day, and we plan for no down time between jobs if possible. If you do insist on a specific time (other than 9 am) please be advised that if our scheduling does have any sort of down/ wait time that we will try our best to work with you in order to meet your needs but we may need to charge you an additional fee to cover the time that employees are asked to wait between jobs. (These fees are based on California prevailing minimum wage 2.00 each per person for the time that they are asked to wait. (our teams normally range from 1 3 people per team) Last minute cancellations can wreak havoc on our scheduling, causing both our other customers and our staff great distress. and when other clients are not flexible we all suffer. So once again my apologies we cannot please all San Diego, We get it. Thanks"

I was very pleased with the job done by Loya's team. 2 employees cleaned for almost 3 hours. My home is only a year old and there is never anything out of place, but the entire 2-story home has wood floors (which must be vacuumed, then bona mopped) and also has 5.5 bathrooms, hence 6 toilets to clean. I wish I had found them sooner and would use them on a regular basis, but we are already being transferred back to the east coast, so I will only be able to use this service until our home sells. I have my fingers crossed that Loya's work is consistent because the last service I used before Loya's was not. <br /> <br /> <br />

They did a good job cleaning and they didn't charge me anything extra. They didn't speak English. So this was my problem. They did a really good job. They did hard work and they cleaned. I told them not to bother with the kitchen or the bathrooms. But I wanted floor cleaning and dusting. They scrubbed my kitchen and they went into my bathroom. They wasted all the time. It was custom cleaning. They went into my bathroom. I have a problem with door. It's glass and it's easy to knock off the track. I'm cripple and so I can't pick it up again and put it back on. So they went in and they knocked it off the track. There was a language barrier. I just couldn't get them to do what I wanted. They did a real good job but they didn't do what I wanted. Their punctuality was excellent. Maybe an interpreter would help.

4 cleaners showed up for 1 hour and 40 minutes in order to fulfill the 6 hours of cleaning that I purchased. They did clean the entire time, and got a lot done, although not everything I had hoped. I asked for some special services, including cleaning windows, which they did as requested, which I did appreciate. My house is pretty big (3200 square feet), and I didn't expect them to clean everything, but I had hoped that all 3 of my bathrooms, would get cleaned for the 6 hours I purchased, but they only cleaned 1 of them. What they did, they did a good job at cleaning. I would consider using them again. They communicated quickly and kept me updated on when they would be arriving. <br />

We used Loya Cleaning in our previous home two times and appreciated Felix's personal attention, professionalism and promptness. We moved into a new house about 6 months ago and had Loya cleaning begin bi-weekly services a couple of months ago. I trust them to be in our house without us here and always come home to an impeccably clean home. I had previously tried a national chain for cleaning and it was terrible and overpriced. Felix usually comes to my house himself with his crew (including his son when he's on break from college) and takes pride in his work. Very reasonably priced and very friendly! <br /> <br />
