We had noticed water in our basement at 6pm at night and luckily we found Loyear online. They stayed late into the night and came back with more guys later the next day to finish pulling out the water. Then they started the next process of fixing and replacing the damaged walls. Great communication throughout the entire process and John made sure everything was smooth sailing with billing our insurance and even supplied all the photos that we forgot to take. These guys were amazing and helped us during a very stressful time.

They did a great job in a short amount of time. They kept me informed of progress and kept within budget.

They are great. They did water damage work for me. I really appreciated they carefully kept the baseboard and avoided me to find/buy new baseboard for the repair team. The cost is acceptable. When I told John the insurance funded me more than their quote, John said they only charge for what they had done and the extra fund is for me to keep. Hard to find honest business like them nowadays. Highly recommend them.

It went great. I had a leaky pipe in the basement that got part of the carpet wet. They came the next day and got things dried out. After things were dried they reinstalled the carpet. Thanks!

Loyear really did an excellent job on my basement mold. They really know what they're doing and help to educate me. They gave me a fair quote and then charge me less than they quoted because of the time they spent. Customer service very good.

Great response and quality work. Loyear Cleaning and Restoration was able to handle my insurance claim and work with my adjuster. They were able to do the whole job without me needing to contact different contractors as this was a large job. One stop shop! I was very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone.

In our initial meeting, Gary, Loyear, was very thorough in describing the process for identifying the degree to which the mold impacted the corner of the room. We're seniors and my husband had been recently hospitalized. Loyear offered more assistance in moving furniture to access the area. While the work was in progress, Gary gave us regular updates and explained the next steps. Fortunately, it was a surface issue which did not require removing dry wall. Gary was very professional and helpful. We had another bid but know that we made the right choice in hiring Loyear.

Excellent! Coordinated service with us being out of town, completely cleaned difficult natural wood unfinished interiors of lodge in preparation for finishing, arranged finish application through local professional, completely removed residue of finish application and restored home to better than expected condition. Flexible and easy to communicate with throughout. An excellent value.

It was absolutely wonderful! The whole process when dealing with this company promoted trust and confidence that they would do exactly as they said! JoAnne is thorough, prompt and honest. So easy to deal with and always gets back to you when you call or text! I felt like I could trust her to help us navigate something we have never dealt with. She helped us more than our insurance company did!!!!! The crew, Lucy, Caleb and Colin were so hardworking and caring. Some of the nicest people I have met. They did their job perfectly and answered every question and showed genuine care and concern for our things and especially for my mom. I would highly recommend them. Very accommodating, timely and worked around a complication without concern

Carpets were wet for two days. None of the spots we specifically hired "pros" to do, came out. We used Zep Oxi clean and elbow grease to get clean. Don&apos;t waste your money! Oh, when the stains didn&apos;t come out. They deducted 10% only. Will never use again!

There was an area that I wanted cleaned again because my dog had lost control of his bowels and I could still see a few stains and smell and they came back and re-did the areas I showed them and did not charge me again. They did a very good job cleaning the carpet at a reasonable price.
