We paid cash upfront, they left as soon as the work was completed and didn't perform a walk through on the work done with my mother (homeowner). I got a call an hour after they left from my mother telling me they never turned the water in the house back on. I had showed them how to turn the water off and on before I had went to work. They came back out a few hours later to turn on the water, but called me on my cell telling me they couldn't figure out how to turn the water in the house on. I left work and talked them through the process on the way home. Halfway home I got a message saying they had restored water to the house. When I got home I found they had damaged the main water valve and it was spraying water all over our shed, which housed the water valve and pump for the well. I shut off the pump then cleaned out the shed because water had gotten everywhere. They sent someone out to repair the damaged water valve. During that time I performed a walkthrough of the front landscaping and found that they did not perform the tasks that we agree on. There were multiple leaks throughout the system, multiple spots were still not getting water. They had installed extra piping that was redundant and didn't add piping where it was needed. I walked through with the person that came out and showed him all the things that were missed that was agreed upon in the estimate. He said they would need to come back out to finish the job. I sent photos of all the things that were missed to the company contact and he scheduled a phone meeting with us the next morning. On the call we let him know the situation and he agreed to come back out to take a look that day. I took the day off work so I could be there when he arrived. He never showed up and didn't answer any texts throughout the day. At the end of the day he did contact me to say he didn't have time in his schedule to come back out to answer questions, that he felt he completed the job and they wouldn't be coming back out. The big thing is he only installed a single valve where we had paid for two valves, but he didn't do $1500 worth of work on the system. The company caused water damage in the shed and damaged the main valve. The main valve is working now, but I don't know how long before it will need to be replaced. There is multiple dead spots in the sprinkler system, and multiple leaks throughout. I also missed a day of work because he never showed up to complete the project.

Very fair price and would highly recommend. Will be using again.

I couldn't have asked for a better service. Pro Irrigation helped me with my drainage issues very promptly; with the vast amount of rain we received I have had zero issues. Look forward to working with them again for future yard projects

Overall went well. The rain been pouring and my drainage system was backed up and I we had a leaking valve . Emergency call and had them out asap Good price and had me back to normal in no time . Highly recommend
