That is when you asked if we would haul some mattress' and box springs to curb for and avoid the surcharge that was explained prior to pickup. We said we would and we did. Our trucks are stocked with small hand tools. There are times when we may not have correct tool. We are not there to build or dismantle but simply load junk. You are the first home owner who has had problem with providing a tool we did not have on the truck. You should have simply said no if you where not comfortable with that and we could have left without charging a thing. When loading the junk you described when booking tools should have been needed. Our job is to load junk. If items need to be dismantled so more things fit in the truck or fit out a door we do are best to make that happen. We do not always have all the tools on hand if the items or small door ways where not disclosed prior to pickup. We do not quote exact prices over the phone. You where quoted $650, a full 20 yard dumpster with two workers for one hour. You where charged an extra hour of labor at a reasonable rate of $35 per worker per hour. We also moved all the mattress/box springs outside for you. Your review is unfair and should be revised. All costs where explained prior to pickup.
