Initially, I hired L&P Plumbing t clear a clogged sink for a rental property that I manage. Paul got out to the property quickly, fixed the line, sent photos of his work, and an invoice by the next day. He is honest and his prices are very fair. I was impressed by his work ethic and have since also hired him to replace a water heater at another property and repair misc. leaks/drains. My tenants also have expressed that they like Paul. I will continue to use him and I am grateful to have found him
