All excellent!

They were responsive, professional, and actually show up when they said! This was a complex restoration, and R&R had to coordinate with the cabinet makers, countertop installers, and other subs during the almost 4-month job. There were a few hiccups of course, as any large job is sure to have, but Rob and his crew were always fast to make things right without any griping. We were very satisfied.

R&R is the most professional contractor I have ever hired. When the work they have done has not been satisfactory, they fix it. They do things the right way, they help us solve problems and the areas they have worked on look great!

Timely, attentive and did a great job

Set a date and time for service ( actually it was a wet and raining cold day) and I really did not expect service on such a ugly day but DJ was there  and on time and did all work as expected. We live in Zionsville, which is where owner Rob is based. Rob was responsive and trustworthy. He knew how to handle the insurance side of the problem. Rob's crew, including Jimmy, who handled much of the finish work, was great. Jimmy constructed a built-in that has transformed our basement. What started as an incredible downer in terms of flooding ended up just fine, thanks to R&R. We would recommend R&R for any restoration issues, especially if you live in or around Zionsville.

They did a great job. They did what they were supposed to do for $799, I just had them do additional things. I asked for a quote on something towards the end of the job and they assumed that I was giving them a job when all I wanted really was a quote. So I think they were disappointed and a little bit disgruntled that I didn't follow through with it, but all I really wanted was a quote. They are very wholesome honest hardworking people, family business and very trustworthy.

Rob and Rick and their staff were punctual and very good to work with. They treated, repaired, and sealed some damaged subflooring and I was pleased with their work. Would definitely work with them again in the future. <br />

R &R Complete Restoration did an outstanding job and for a very fair price.  Their workers were professional, clean, prompt and concise. Excellent. Quick, efficient, clean, professional & just plain nice!

It was perfect! They came out two weeks prior and showed us the product. They gave us a lot of choices to look through, we chose one, and they told us that it would arrive. It arrived on time and the people also arrived on time to put the flooring in. They were extremely neat workers and cleaned up as they did the job. Their work was so good we hired them to come back out and do another job. They ended up coming back and fixing our cabinet drawers, they replaced a part on a cabinet door, and also replaced the wood under the sink. They also firmed up the banister for us. They saw things that we didn't even think about and that is what we appreciated their service and came out after finishing the work to do a follow up, as well.
