LS Exteriors

Lee Shultis (LS Exteriors) took over this job from another contractor that we had hired seven months previously. The other contractor had narrowly edged out Lee's quote (from his previous company) in the bidding process in March, but after putting us off all spring and summer this other contractor still hadn't started the job in October. We filed complaints with the BBB and Contact 6. With this prodding, the original contractor subcontracted the lion's share of the project to Lee's crew (now known as LS Exteriors). We had been impressed with Lee in March so we were very pleased to learn that he would be working on our job. Lee called us immediately when he got the subcontract and visited to reacquaint himself with our job. He asked a number of questions and made several suggestions that improved the look and quality of the job. He and his crew showed up promptly on the next non-rainy day and they worked continuously every day there was good weather, including weekends. He sometimes also directed the work of the original contractor's crew, who worked very well with him. Despite suffering from a terrible cold, Lee worked longest of any of the guys, sometimes ending his day only when it got dark. Lee and his crew showed exceptional pride in their workmanship and they took special care in buttoning up things at the end of each day in case there should be rain (which there was a couple of times). Lee's crew always cleaned up meticulously after themselves. Lee took time each day to explain to us what would happen next and answer questions, and came to us several times during work with ideas for making the job better. About a week after the job was done, Lee stopped by to see if we had any concerns or questions. Overall we were very impressed. We'd hire LS Exteriors for another job in a moment.
