Mark is prompt and enthusiastic. He explained what he was going to do ahead of the project and kept us informed of his progress. He's very neat in his appearance and that is also reflected in his work and the clean-up of the project.

Not a bad thing to say. We just moved here from out of state and had tons to do. Mark is pompt, polite and a real problem solver, we use him regularly. He also seems to enjoy what he does.
