He was very thorough, he inspected the house two days after we called him and he sent us the report less than 24 hours after the inspection

Kim was very friendly, kind and genuine. It was an absolute pleasure meeting him. For being one of the lowest priced options for a home inspection, we certainly feel as though we got our moneys worth and more. He went over our concerns with us and made sure to double check those areas. I loved that he discussed each issue with us and why it was a potential problem. As a first time time home buyer he really made the process smooth and painless. He was very professional and supplied the report to us the same night, even though it was late which we really appreciated. Kim is very professional and knowledgeable helping us to understand some of the  repairs this old house has developed as well as educating us to the current standards as well as some preventives to use in order to avoid future problems.  He checked out the crawl spaces above and below and made a thorough inspection of all walls ceilings floors and roofs in or about the house including wood condition, shingles, electric, plumbing, water flows,  etc, etc.  After the inspection he was prompt in getting pictures and analysis back to us within a couple or three days.   <br />  Work was finished in a timely and professional manner. <br />

That went really well.  They were reasonable.  They did what they said they were going to do.  They are reliable, the report was easy to understand.  Got out there quickly.

Lubbock inspections was a very good company to work with. I was buying a home on short notice and the usual inspector i use was not available that week, Lubbock inspections came out with only two days notice. The inspection was detailed although there were one or two things that weren't noticed until I pointed them out, most notably a broken window pane. Overall though it was a good experience and I would use them again. <br />

Kim Christensen came to do his inspection at the agreed time. He was very personable, polite, polite, knowlegable, and performed a very through inspection on the property. He performed additional sevices including a well inspection, and an inspection on a outbuilding. I was very impressed at the completeness of his report. He discovered deficientcies that I would have missed and would have cost me many thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend this company, I plan to use them again on future purchases, Mr. Christensen saved me many times the price of the inspection. Kim Christensen was at my house, approximately 110 miles from his business, at the agreed time.  He was very personable, polite and answered all of our questions.  He had his report ready the next day and I could download it and print it immediately.  It was 17 pages long and had colered photos of the house and issues he found.  I highly recommend this person from Lubbock Inspections, Inc.
