Bryan Lugo Painting - Bryan responded immediately and communicated effectively regarding a quote and timeline for our project. Bryan and his crew were efficient, respectful, worked quietly and were meticulous in their attention to detail - from start to finish. They power washed, prepped and patched, primed areas of new stucco and painted out 1700 sq foot home over 3 days - exceeding our expectations. The finished product is exceptional. Bryan and his crew were a pleasure to work with; the project was fairly quoted and we couldn’t be happier. Would utilize Lugo Painting for any other projects - not only for ourselves, but for anyone.

Bryan from Lugo painting is the best contractor I have come across so far. He was punctual, did high quality paint job and did an amazing job of protecting the floors and rest of the house. He can cover any high end paint job at a reasonable price. Bryan is honest and I found his quote to be fair. I highly recommend anyone looking for a paint job. I'm always a little nervous hiring a new contractor but I had a good feeling about Bryan and I could not be happier with how things turned out. We had some bedrooms painted and new baseboards installed, and also some drywall repair and everything looks great. They covered furniture and flooring well while they were working and were very professional.

The job went very well. I had requested estimates from four painters but, only one other responded (by saying he wouldn't be able to get to me in time.) Bryan Lugo texted me within 10 minutes of my request. He came over that evening to scope out the job and, later, sent me the amount. He said the work would take about three days but that he couldn't start for ten days. I wanted someone to start sooner so he offered to start in two days if I would let him work after 2 PM, so I hired him. He was able to juggle his schedule to work parts of the subsequent three days and he finished after a total of five days. The work was very good, and he also referred me to a carpenter who, separately, built me a closet door.

Bryan really impressed from first impression to last. Had approved. For 8am, and he arrived exactly at 8. He he arrived every job day, right on time. His crew was quiet, respectful and took great care of furniture, pictures, etc. Final product was great and his prices were very fair. Already hired him back to do my garage doors
