The actual job is satisfactory and I paid him $8000.00 but after he was done it was so messy and he said that if he's gonna clean it I need to pay him $400.00 for the cleanup. I paid him $400.00 but he still left the job unclean and it was very unsatisfactory, he was very unprofessional.

I cannot recommend this plaster company. The project seemed poorly managed with the manager leaving someone who wasn't ready for it to finish the work alone. This resulted in them working very late, and very loudly into one evening and waking up my sleeping baby, even when I had asked them to be quiet. In addition to this they put the wrong texture on the walls (it was a type of knockdown when I didn't want any kind of raised texture on the walls). In addition to this they damaged several things at my home. This included my oven, dishwasher, and front gate. The oven was fixable but the dishwasher and gate are not. Both have to be replaced, at my expense. When I tried to address these issues with Luis he promised he would make it right. Then he stopped returning any of my text messages once the check cleared. The damage to my home will cost me thousands of dollars to repair. Of all the work I had done to my home hiring this company is my biggest regret. Do not make the mistake I did. Do not hire this company or give this person your hard earned money.

My experience was nothing like the other reviews. Most often the workers were late (sometimes up to 3 hours late). Biggest complaints are: * Poor preparation for work - failed to cover up/protect my furniture/existing walls/tools etc. (see photo) * Horrible mess left after each attempt to complete job - remainder of "mud" dumped on my lawn, pile of sheet rock and debris left on porch, (see photo) had to replace all switch and electrical outlets - they were so filled with "mud" that they could not be salvaged. * First attempt to complete job left walls with uneven surfacing (could see seams), sheet rock in ceiling sagging from lack of adequate sized screws to attach sheet rock to studs, cracking of new surfacing, poor finishing around outlets/switches, uneven and not level finishing around fireplace (see photo) * After second attempt to complete job, fireplace and most of surfacing performed well - however ceiling still sagging (see photo) and cracking in newly resurfaced ceiling and walls - clean up still horrible. * After third attempt, ceiling sagging and cracking repaired, but seams seams still visible in ceiling (told that could not be fixed) At this point I told Luis not to come back I will fix this myself Note: all of the photos of the mess left were after the clean up performed by the workers. The tools and shampooer are mine and left as you see them. On behalf of this company, I will say that some of the work was done adequately, but only after the third attempt (over several weeks). The final product is still not what I expect from a professional company and for the money paid.

I needed drywall level 3 done in my basement. Luis came and gave me a very fair quote. He and his crew did the job in a short amount of time with great results. I would definitely recommend if anyone wanted an honest company that keeps their promise. Thank you again!

Luis and his crew did a great job refinishing the great room. Same day quote and work completed same week. Everything was cleaned up real good. Great communication.
