We hired Heritage builders to remodel 2 of our showers. The plumber they used was Luke?s Plumbing. When the showers were finished I called Heritage and told them that my shower pressure was bad and that the Jack and Jill bathroom hardly worked. They sent Luke out and he replaced a valve. And charged me $200 to do it. Bathrooms I had spent near &40,000 for and one didn?t work. When he left and I tried the shower it didn?t work at all!! No water came out at all. So I called he and Heritage back. I was told it was my problem. That I had bad pressure. Even though our sink and tub had good pressure. So I called the manufacturer Pulse. They sent more parts. My husband spent 6-8 hours on taking that shower apart and replacing different parts twice. Because it never worked. At all. What my husband did figure out was that Luke had turned our water off behind the plate for the handle. He has never returned my call or responded to my text. After 4 years of not being able to use this shower.
