Luminous Flooring

Matt at Luminous Flooring was great to work with and accommodated our need to finish the floors in two stages. The wife and i couldn’t be more happy about how the finish came out. It really looks like a new floor and not a refinished one! Outstanding workmanship by Steve. He was punctual, clean, and friendly guy. But most importantly he was good at his job and highly competent. I would seriously not consider using another company than Luminous Flooring going forward in the future. We are just pleased as punch with how the whole process turned out and the floors again are outstanding. Thanks Matt, Steve, and team.

We thought we could refinish the floors ourselves and made some mistakes. They came in and did the job perfectly and even put in new baseboards. We would highly recommend them and we would definitely hire them again.

They were wonderful. They showed up when they said they would. They were professional and they cleaned up after themselves.

I have been using Luminous Flooring for all of my hardwood projects for the past three years. Matt and his crew have always been great to work with; on-time, clean, and supportive of design requests in regards to pattern and color.

It was acceptable. They showed up on time, they were being respectful during the Covid-19 and sanitizing the area when doing their work.

It was wonderful. I've been using them for years, probably 8 years. they did an exemplary and terrific job for me and my family.

I started my kitchen remodel project with great intentions of having everything in place and ready to go without any hitches.  After the demolition of my old kitchen, Luminous Flooring came in to remove existing floors.  I had purchased a prefinished floor to be installed.  Everything was moving along perfectly.  THEN, I returned home to find that Matt and his crew had stopped work due to the imperfections in the prefinished floor.  He had called the rep and calmly explained that the floor was defective and he did not recommend installing it.  Flash forward a week or so and I chose to go with a job finish floor... which Luminous installed, sanded, finished, etc to a beautiful result.  I am SO THANKFUL Matt chose to reject the first floor, even though my project got delayed ...  I will never know if another installer would have rejected the defective floor as well, but my new floor in PERFECT!  Matt and his employees were pleasant, trustworthy and professional.  I would definitely recommend them for any future project! <br />

Matt from Luminous Flooring was great to work with for our project. The day of the initial consultation was terrible weather, but he showed up on time regardless. He gave us great advice and directed us to a great wholesale place to purchase the hardwood flooring from. Matt picked up the product from the seller and delivered it to our house. Luminous Flooring staying within their budget and time frame. Overall, Matt was very easy to work with, our floors look amazing, and I would recommend him to others.

The man who came out was Matt. He really was terrific. He came when he said he was coming. His price was reasonable and competitive. He did a really fabulous job and he was clean.
