Certain details were overlooked. Example the piled my shoes on top of each other.. they broke a bulb in my gas bathroom mirror. They sept the dirt from the bathroom floor onto the bedroom carpet and wouldn?t have vacuumed it if I didn?t ask them to.

My home war deep-cleaned ina very reasonable amount of time. All instructions were followed and the ladies were very professional. I plan to have them back regularly! Donna P.

The Luminous Touch crew (three ladies) did a fabulous job! We hired them for a one-time deep cleaning and were so impressed by how thorough they were that we decided to sign on for a recurrent service. They cleaned every nook and cranny of our home, and even left cute little paper bows on the toilet roll and paper towels. Our house is so fresh and bright now. I definitely recommend Jesus and his Luminous Touch crew.

I will NEVER hire these cleaners again. I scheduled them to come clean and confirmed over text. The day comes and they never show. I call after waiting 15 mins and ask where are they and he seems confused and says that he got his days mixed up and that he can come next week. I was perplexed because I scheduled in advance because of having company over. No apologies or attempt to make it right. Terrible customer service. I will never do work with them or recommend.

It went well. But forgot to clean the small bathroom in the hall way. They ask me about bath room and I showed them the master bathroom. I thought that they know about the small bathroom. The management should tell the worker about the details of the house. Apart from that they did a very good job. I will want them to continue to work on my house. Shyama

I can't recommend this company enough. I hired them for a move-out clean in 2023 and then a pre move-in clean for a home I purchased this year. They did an awesome job with both services. They hit everything on my lists and were very thorough. Jesus was very communicative and professional when discussing scheduling and payment details. The services were better than advertised. The team came in, started to work right away, they were very thorough and tackled everything on the lengthy list of services that encompassed the “Move Out” level of cleaning. Great with the blinds, the trims, the shoe mouldings, cleaning out the drawers, just everything! They were efficient and thorough. Would highly recommend them again.- and have to other friends in the area! Joe was a great communicator and confirmed appt, let me know when they were going to be arriving, etc. Invoice was as agreed beforehand,
