They did fine on the install but there is no follow up. We've tried for three weeks to get an appointment with only empty promises. We were never put on a maintenance program. We have given up and will now seek another company.

LunAireLLc is a great company.We knew what was wrong with our AC and we needed a part that was not available locally and had to be shipped taking a few days.But the owner worked on solutions and came up with 3.We picked the wright one for us and the next day, his workers came and installed everything with a few snags(not their fault), that were fixed on the spot without asking for any more money.Very professional,working to please the costumer.One man ,one word

Can't say enough about this company and the employees. I was given a great quote over the phone, loved the owners passion and commitment to his clients. We had two units,two air handlers and two thermostats replaced with quality name brand equipment but it went beyond that. The install was PERFECT! Left our home clean, took the time to set up our thermostats and just a great experience. I will recommend Lunaire to anyone who wants good pricing good quality good people.

Got the job done quickly! They also fixed and addressed any concerns and issues we had with the job. There was some damage from spilled foam sealant but they addressed it immediately and replaced the items affected! We’re hoping to use them again for a new project!

Our AC stopped working suddenly due to a grounded compressor. He came out to our house that night, helped diagnose what went wrong (while showing me all the steps he was taking) and was back the next day with a new unit to install.
