Having never had a septic system before, I wanted to have my one and one half year septic system checked and pumped out. Lundy's Septic did both for $200.00. [they did advise would have been about $250.00 normally and is generally really needed only every 3 to 5 years]. Called on 18th. April and talked to Sharon Lundy who said they would have service done on 20 April 2016. Called 20 April and arranged time to show up. Two professionals showed up and did the job. They again explained to me the service needed to be done only every 3 to 5 years. I was provided a certificate that system was checked and pumped. Guys cleaned up after themselves too. Very happy with the service provided, pricing and would hire them again.

I needed some work and I just made a phone call. They came out and did all the work on their own. They located, they made sure the door and gates were locked when they left and my house was all secure. I have 2 septic tanks and not only did they do a good job, they gave me a discount because I have two. I was very pleased. <br /> I did not even have to be home. Because they were referred to me from someone at work that actually used their company. I did not have to be home. I had about 4 dogs at the time. They made sure the dogs were in the barn and still within the gate. They left like that. When I came home you truly couldn't tell that anyone had been here. They covered up the septic system. I had one other time by somebody else I had big tracks in the yard. But you couldn't really tell what they had done. What's really important is that we have livestock and dogs. Everything was safely here. Stuff like that is very important to me.

They were going to be late the day we scheduled, which they called and let us know. When they got here, they put the septic tank where we wanted it, and ran the extra line. The office staff is great, they are friendly, and very helpful. They did a great job, and were professional. I would definitely recommend them. <br /> We hired them because of their rating on Angie's List, and they gave us the service we expected based on prior ratings. <br />

<p>My septic tank is quite deep. one person arrived. Truck was very old and left large oil stains in my driveway. The cover was lifted up just enough to place the hose down inside the tank. My concern is that how would one know if the tank was cleaned of all the waste on the bottom without a visual inspection. I would recommend that because the lid to my tank was so deep and to avoid back injury that two men would be present to dig and to lift off the lid to ensure the job was done safely, completely, with improved customer service. In addition, ensure that just a minimum of dirt enters the tank when performing the job. Also recommend to ensure that truck does not leak oil, leaving large oil stains in their driveway.<br /> <br /></p> <br />

"I'm terribly sorry that you were not impressed with our service. It is very difficult to always send two men on every job. I will add that we have replaced our truck with a newer model. Hopefully, it you need us again, you will let us know. Also, if your tank if so far under the ground, you could opt to place risers over the tank opening and that would make it much easier for getting into your tank and also avoid dirt from dropping in your tank.
