Hired Lupe's Service to do a deep clean on my very elderly (88 yrs) father's home. He is extremely reluctant to allow people in, not quite a hoarder but not a minimalist either! Factor in very poor eye sight/vision and severe mobilty issues, you can imagine what the place looked like. Aracelli and Amber from Lupe's did an excellent job putting my dad at ease, excellently cleaned the crucial areas - bathrooms/kitchen/vacuuming. And as good as one could hope for regarding dusting, tidying etc. I'm out of state so had to arrange all by phone, text and email. Lupe's were wonderful communicators, put me at ease, kept me very much in the loop. Would highly reccommend to others.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
The lady who came to clean our house was named Heaven—and heaven sent she is! Heaven was very thorough and methodical with her organization and cleaning methods. She came equipped with all the proper tools and agents like vacuum, detergents, cleaning rags—you name it, she got it! In the end, our kitchen, two bathrooms, living room and even our front foyer were sparkling clean.
Heaven was also very courteous and professional. She was respectful of our property, and pleasant to deal with. We’d like to Heaven and Lupe for your excellent service especially since this was last minute request — our house was clean and ready for my mom’s 80th birthday party! We would definitely call again for your service—very much worth it.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Thank you to the whole team that came out to clean my dingy home! Lety, Cynthia, Lilia, and Daisy were all amazing! It had been years since my home had a proper cleaning. The baseboards and shutters were caked in dust and grime. The walls, doors, and cabinets had finger prints and stains. And I just couldn’t keep up with the bathrooms. Everything was so beautiful when they were done, all I kept saying was “WOW!” In addition to doing a stellar job, they were thoughtful, considerate, asked questions to clarify my requests, and just a delight to have in my home. I look forward to transitioning this one time Deep Clean into a regular service.

Severely underestimated the scope of the job and time it would take. Charged $300 more than estimated. Also, cleaning not done well. Had to tell them what and how to clean. Also, had to go around and show them things they missed. After they were gone, found that outside of refrigerator was not even wiped down and this was supposed to be a "DEEP CLEAN". Also, after they left, did a load of laundry and found when the girl cleaned the sink she did not replace the drain hose from the washer so we had water all over laundry room and back room. Took over an hour to clean up. Called vendor and they said they would get back to me. Never called but gave us a $50 credit on a $1,021 job. That's over $75 / hour and I spent over an hour cleaning up AFTER THEM and we get on $50 back. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY OVERALL WITH THEIR SERVICE AND IN TURN YOUR SERVICE.

Because every home varies in condition, we provide a ballpark estimate over the phone and then give an updated assessment once our technicians arrive. In your case, our team did communicate the additional time needed and received approval before moving forward, and we appreciate your understanding at that time. Regarding the areas you mentioned were missed, this is exactly why we ask clients to walk through the home with the technicians before they leave?to catch anything that may need extra attention on the spot. When you expressed dissatisfaction afterward, we immediately offered to return and re-clean those areas at no cost. You declined the re-clean, so we then offered a refund as an alternative. When we did not receive a reply regarding the amount, we proceeded with issuing a $50 refund to avoid delaying any resolution. As for the washer hose concern, we did speak directly with the technician. While she did not recall disconnecting it, we certainly understand the inconvenience this caused you. We take accountability for any potential oversight our team may have caused, and we are truly sorry you had to spend time cleaning up afterward. At the end of the day, our goal is always to make things right. Since you feel the $50 refund was not sufficient, we would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to discuss what you believe would be a fair resolution for your time and trouble. I had an emergency deep clean/move out Clean job and Lupe not only contacted me promptly, but sent two of her workers over who did a great job. I was very pleased with her promptness, professionalism, and friendliness. Perhaps a bit more expensive than most, but you get what you pay for!

I called Lupe's Cleaning Service LLC based on the reviews on Yelp. I like the idea of supporting a small business, minority-woman owned. Lupe did not disappoint. This is a very professional company. The communication was excellent, they followed up with me after I inquired, and they sent me a reminder the night before the service. The technician, Lilia, was an absolute delight. She was very efficient and did such an excellent job, even my difficult-to-please parents were very happy and requested that Lilia be our regular technician. I am happy that I chose Lupe's Cleaning Service, and I hope this testimonial will convince the reader to book with Lupe.

The cleaning job for our old house, I believe was done as desired. I was not able to be at our house during the work. Scheduling was handled very well. The 2 workers took 5hrs each, not 4hrs as was quoted. When no one comes to a house for an accurate estimate, this will happen.

"Im sorry to hear that you were not pleased with our service, I believe we spoke on the phone and we had booked this basic cleaning for 3 hrs for a total of $228. Once our time was up, We did a satisfaction walk through with your wife in which she approved of our cleaning. Please understand that we always recommend a deep cleaning on the initial clean to make sure the home in thoroughly cleaned so we can maintain it on a weekly / bi-weekly basis. This could pertain as to why you might have not been content with just the basic cleaning, Im sorry that we were not able to accommodate you by offering you a re-clean so we could fix any issues that you saw. Again please understand that this was a basic cleaning and our time was limited so certain areas were not given the proper time for attention to detail which is more of our focus on our deep cleanings. I live overseas and was a bit apprehensive about finding a good team to deep-clean my elderly dad's 3-bedroom, 2-bath house in La Mirada. After reading reviews on Yelp, I contacted Lupe's Cleaning Service. Lupe was very understanding of our situation and did everything she could to accommodate our requests. I appreciated the great communication before and after the cleaning service. I couldn't be happier with this friendly, caring, and efficient service--and my dad couldn't be happier with Lupe's team. He said they arrived on time and worked for seven whole hours. The house had never been professionally cleaned before, so there was a lot to take care of. Now the place gleams like never before. Service was great. The ladies that came to clean were great. Everything was left very clean. They focused on the hard to clean places and were very honest about certain things that would need more focus on. The cleaning price was a little high. But you get what you pay for and I received my money’s worth. Lupe was very professional and I set up my house on a monthly cleaning with them. I would very much recommend them
