Lu's Sunshine Cleaning

She does great job on her cleaning, she definitely knows what she is doing, does an exceptional work. During this pandemic, she was extremely extremely safe in providing service to our house, wearing marks and shield, and wears protective shoes, and sanitizes everything she touches on the house on her way out. She uses a preferred vacuum cleaner, and the vacuum bag she uses stays in our house and uses a brand new bags every time, and she never uses a bag from other houses. She uses materials that are exclusive to our house. Lu and Marcia were fantastic. They were efficient, thorough, and exceeded my husband and my expectations! Their services were fairly priced--we will be using them again!

Fantastic, prompt, professional. Lu does a great job and now comes to see us once a month. We have a 2400 square foot home, and she takes care of bathrooms, kitchen, vacuuming, dusting, windows, etc.

They did a good job cleaning, down to details. The timing management is the problem. They came in late (I had to reschedule the first time), the 3rd person came in 70 min later. They talked on phones all through cleaning process. They finished 10-15 min earlier than expected.

We had difficulty finding a date and time to schedule. But once scheduled Lu's cleaning no-showed twice! Then she refused to come complete the work at all. Told me I could take it up with Angie's list. And offered no further explanation.

We hired Lu to do a deep clean, we loved the outcome and were very impressed with the services, we've since hired her to come back weekly! I was apprehensive at first because I'm a very thorough cleaner, I wasn't sure i'd find someone who could meet my expectations, but she does a wonderful job and I couldn't be happier!

It went great. Lu arrived on time. I explained what I needed her to do and she and her associate went to work. She broke a little item but told me right away and offered to pay for it. It wasn't a big deal but I appreciated that she came forward immediately and was very apologetic. She was very pleasant and did a very thorough job dusting, which many cleaners don't do.

Lu did an excellent job. The cleaning was originally planned for a one time only. Lu did such a good job that my wife is bringing her back on a monthly basis.

Lu and her cousin were excellent. I told them what I really wanted them to concentrate on cleaning and they worked very hard to make my house look fantastic. I am hiring them to clean my house on a regular basis. Lu is one of the best cleaners I have ever had!

Very well. I was totally impressed with Lu's thoroughness. She worked with another woman who seemed to be totally in-step with their working efficiency as they split the details of the work. It's clear they are a well-tuned team.
