Beware of Tommy Okapal and I caution you to never hire Luxe to do any work for you. We hired them and signed a contract in Aug 2018. We paid a huge deposit fee upon signing our contract. Work was supposed to start Sept 15 and Kitchen was to be completed 11/30. Luxe demo’d our old kitchen Sept 1, but didn’t even start the remodel until late January!!!! They left us with no kitchen over all the holidays and with 2 young children!! When we signed I even asked them to be honest and if they couldn’t have the kitchen done before Thanksgiving to let us know and we could begin the project in Jan 2019. Tommy assured us it would be an issue. He lied to get our deposit money in his hand! Shame on Tommy & Luxe!! He made lots of promises, broke his word, told lots of lies (& his staff did too to cover for him) and couldn’t honor his contract multiple times. Everything that could go wrong with our project did go wrong! It was an utter nightmare!!!!! We even had a lien placed against our home for 1 year from the company he used for our countertops. We paid Luxe for them, but he didn’t pay his bills, so they threatened to sue us until he paid them. It’s been 4 years now and our kitchen remodel still isn’t completed!! Do not give Tommy/Luxe any of your money, they will take it and run and will not complete your job. Do not trust him/Luxe. It’s sad but true…..you’ve been warned. :(

Awful business ownership, very dishonest. We had a contract, but he didn’t come close to honoring his own contract. The owner, Tom O., took our cash, barely got workers here a few hours/week, botched some of the work and abandoned the job months later. The owner (Tom Okapal) is very dishonest and continues to lie on top of lie and make excuses for our refund not being paid to us. Terrible work done, we had to hire another co to fix the work Luxe did and finish the project. Beware, we wish we had read the reviews on BBB. They are very accurate. UPDATE AS OF 05/16/2022: To Tom O. at Luxe, Business 101: written contracts are not “verbally terminated”. Please do attach your own contract that also states an addendum is required to make any changes to the (your/Luxe’s) contract. It’s taking peoples money and walking off the job... That’s what Luxe does, plain and simple. Beware of this business! The pieces of the work they seemed to “complete” were wrong and unsafe. That “work” had to be taken apart and redone. The owner, Tom, is the most dishonest person we have ever met.

Great! Luxe really delivers a great end result! The cabinetry was absolutely stunning. With Tommy's help, we were able to get everything we wanted out of our new kitchen, included lots of accessories that make our space fit our needs completely.

Luxe is amazing to work with! Tommy and Alaina are the nicest, most friendly people. They offer such a large variety of high quality items. Alaina had ideas picked out for me after talking to me and seeing my room and I loved all her recommendations! I will definitely call them again in the future

Everything went very well. The installation was excellent and I was very pleased the quality of the product.

It was great working with Luxe Classic Kitchens. The contractors were extremely friendly and reliable. The job was done fairly quickly and I was very happy with the results. Also quite affordable in comparison to other quotes we received. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do kitchen or bathroom remodeling in their home.
