Lux Outdoors

JERRY D. I researched ANGIs list for fence installation and was contacted by 3 contractors. After review and on-site meetings I decided to go with LUX Outdoors. They had the best price and scope of work that needed to done. I was in contact with Alex Griener and a day after I received an estimate with the total price of 1850.00 and a discount of 50% showing a total of 925.00 which was promptly paid so the work could begin. After the work was completed I received another invoice for 925.00. I contacted Alex who proceeded to tell me the initial 925.00 was a down payment. I pointed out that a discount is a deduction from the price not a down payment. We went back and forth on text and he told me he was not trying to deceive me and sorry for the confusion, but this is the price it is. I am a senior citizen and every dollar matters. I would not recommend LUX Outdoors for any job and Im also asking ANGIs list to remove them from recommending them for any project. Not an honorable business!

Lux Outdoors did a great job with our patio.  They responded quickly to my request of information.  All my questions were answered and I received a timely estimate.  I was put on their schedule and the work was completed to my great satisfaction.  I would highly recommend them.

Wonderful team of super talented stone workers. They showed up and completed my paver and turf job in two days!!
