The staff was wonderful to work with. This project was tied to repairs from Hurricane Irma. They effortlessly adjusted to the setbacks caused by construction delays, etc. Every appointment was kept and arrival prompt. They provided several recommend layouts, and never flinched through the many what if's, could this scenarios. Even when changes were later rescinded, updated designs were provided quickly. Bottom line, they made you feel they were just as invested in the project as we were. One thing I appreciated most was the accuracy of the quote, and how changes were accepted and clear communication on if it resulted in a cost adder, or reduction. My wife is extremely proud of the end result!

I worked with Luke and DJ and everything went very smooth. I was working on a tight schedule but they were able to accommodate me and everything turned out great. I didn’t have any major problems would use again.

I had a difficult time finding a contractor to come out and give me an estimate. I think it was because what I needed done was not a big thing. In any case, I called Luxurable Kitchen and Bath in St. Petersburg and Zhong came out to the house to look over the job that same day! I had my estimate in two days, and the work went very smoothly and quickly. David did a great job and Zhong explained everything to us patiently and thoroughly. He answered emails and texts in record time! I love how everything turned out, it's even better than I imagined.

This is a fantastic company to work with. They have a nice selection at excellent prices. They are helpful without being pushy - no trying to lead you in a more expensive direction. They return calls and show up when scheduled. The turn around time is short, and the installers are excellent, very precise and careful. I removed one of the drawers after installation and couldn't get it back in and they actually came back just to show me how to do it. They work with a granite company that has beautiful products, but were fine with me deciding to use a friend of my son's. I did not have one single issue with anyone.

The cabinets are very nice quality and the removal and install of the new cabinets only took 2 days. The installers did a fantastic job-- quality work.

It was MUCH less expensive and the cabinets are identical to the custom cabinets which were 4X the price! This was a small order, but support and service was amazing. We erred - completely our fault - and Zhong helped in every way possible to minimize our self inflicted damage. I will certainly call them for our next job.

these are hands down the absolute best cabinets I have found i the tampa bay area! Now working on my 4th kitchen with them and second set of bathrooms, I couldn't be happier. I always work directly with Luc he is the best designer and really knows his stuff and has great ideas and input. Top (and I mean top) of the line product and very very reasonable prices.

Luxurable (formerly Innovation) is my go to place for cabinets. I don't even bother shopping around anymore because I know the guys at Luxurable have the best products, the best prices, and they are so very easy to work with. I never feel like I am getting cheated, overcharged, or anything like that. Their professionalism and knowledge is unmatched, I go to Luc ask him for his input and I am never disappointed with his suggestions. They also provide really nice 3d visualizations after they come out and measure so you can really get a feel for what the end result will look like. I have now done 3 kitchens through them and am about to do another one here soon. You absolutely cannot go wrong with using Luxurable kitchen & bath! Thanks guys!

They did a wonderful job! I will add pictures when the sofit above the cabinets is finally fixed (leak in roof -- nothing to do with cabinet company -- but it makes the job look bad, which it's not!). Robin was my designer and made sure all my bases were covered and I was completely satisfied. <br>I did have one small issue with the counter tops (which is not through Luxurable -- they just coordinate). They cut them just barely wrong, resulting in one spot where the counter doesn't cover the cabinet. I was looking at weeks to wait for it to be re-cut as it was the majority of the slab, so opted to take a slight discount for the mistake. I should have waited the several weeks or at least insisted on more of a discount: it's very, VERY annoying having a small spot where grime and dust accumulates, any spills spill right into the cabinet, etc. It's right in the 'natural' prep area, too. :/ <br>I am overall very satisfied though! Got the look I wanted within the budget I had set. Would recommend them to anyone: just make sure the granite company they work with measures correctly!

We purchased bathroom cabinets from them. We did choose to assemble and install them ourselves. Luxurable Cabinets were always available to answer our questions about assembly. The salesperson Luc Chen was fantastic and was professional on every stage of the process. 100% satisfied with the time he took to answer all our questions and guide us through. <br /> The cabinet installers that came to install the cabinets were qualified and did a very good job, but they did leave a chip here and there on my newly painted kitchen, even after I told them to be careful because the painting was done recently and was still "fresh". <br /> The granite counter top installers were excellent. They had to return the original counter top due to a chip on the corner of the heavy slab. But they arrived two days later with a brand new slab with the same pattern and installed it beautifully and accurate. A job well done by them. <br />

As someone who has had a plethora of work done on my house, spending many hours deciphering what I'd like to see in the house, working with many different contractors, I <em>must truly and sincerely</em> say that Lin, Luke and Zhong at Luxurable Kitchen & Bath were ultra helpful, prompt, professional, detail oriented and conformed to any situation that arose. They arrived on time and if there was any delay in work or material that was scheduled, I was informed immediately. <br /> Luxurable created three bathrooms, all with different designs and a kitchen. The kitchen that they worked with is a galley kitchen and proved to be a bit tricky to work with. There was a lot of thought on how to design everything that we needed in the kitchen. Thanks to the creativity of Zhong, Lin and Luke, the kitchen is quaint, but one of the most beautiful kitchens I have ever seen. <br /> Overall, my experience with Luxurable Kitchen & Bath was excellent, I will definitely do business with them in the future and I would highly recommend doing business with them to friends and family. <br />

Luc was the best! He helped us design a kitchen from nothing and gave us ideas that we hadn't even thought of. The 3-D design helped us see what we didn't think was possible. At first we chose almost all the options presented figuring we could take out what we couldn't afford, based on the price, but ended up with everything we wanted because the price was phenomenal. Solid wood, no pressboard. They were right on schedule with everything and were always available for us, beginning to end. Would most definitely recommend <br />

Every step of the process went smoothly. Zhong was very helpful throughout the process. He helped us design the kitchen, pick out the cabinets and consulted us when picking out the granite. The contractors used were very professional and met all of the deadlines. I would absolutely use this company again. <br /> My only complaint is that we were not informed that they do not do any of the plumbing or electrical. When the job was complete we had to plumb up the sink and reinstall the dishwasher. <br />

Mr Cao (chow) is a true professional. I visited 2 other cabinet stores in Clearwater before going to Luxurable and the difference was apparent as soon as I walked in. A real showroom with personel that care about you and your time. <br /> Mr. Cao guided me through the brand and model choices and then used my measurements to do a 3D design on the computer. I could see how the new cabinets would fit and made a change or two after seeing the layout. (Other places used a sheet of paper and a pencil to layout my kitchen!) <br /> I wish I could give them a grade higher than an "A". They are so good I sent my daughter to them for her new cabinets. <br /> <br /> <br />

These guys are KIND, PATIENT and VERY PROFESSIONAL!! <br /> I got introduced to Luxurable Kitchen & Bath by a wholesaler off of Hillsborough Ave. <br /> PLANNING: <br /> Putting several not-so-related idea into a planning can be very time-consuming and frustrating process. Zhong helped us through with patience. We went through several changes, some of them are major, Zhong always accommodated the changes we are thinking went over pros and cons. He recommended based on his experiences and also emailed us latest renderings. It became a smaller project than the one we initially planned, still he had been very flexible throughout. Appreciate that. <br /> DELIVERY: <br /> Delivery was on time as promised. <br /> INSTALLATION: <br /> Installation was done by David. His 12 year experience shows in the details he put his attention to. If I am installing cabinets he will be my go to guy. :-) He recommended and actually changed some of the cabinet configuration based on the things you can only find during the installation. We switched 3 cabinet doors. He was also very well aware of other parts of the kitchen, like oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave. So he considerate to leave rooms/options for the appliance installers. Very nice. <br /> David was kind enough to clean up all the debris left of pieces and boxes before he left.
