Kenny and Dave removed and installed are new bathroom.the professionalism and attention to detail was exemplary they insured that any questions or concerns where addressed proply and distinctly they went out of their way to insure that we understood all aspects of the installation. From the time Kenny and Dave, introduced themselves to m on the first day, I knew their teamwork would be absolutely exceptional . The job took four days and their professionalism and courtesy shown to me in answering any of my questions and concerns was impeccable. Whatever I needed to ask or was concerned about, both or either of them gave me thorough explanations that I needed to remain calm throughout this whole process. Please if you’re considering doing anything to your bathroom, consider using Luxury Bath and asking for Kenny and Dave as your installers.

The work was professionally done. Staff was very courteous. They delivered on their promises.

Luxury Bath NJPA did our bath remodel in one day in August 2025. They were very professional, exactly on time. They were friendly and diligent, keeping at the job for 10 hours until completion. They answered all questions I had. One glitch: the salesman had promised "they can install any handheld fixture you want". At install day it turned out that installers no longer solder copper pipes, and could not install an extra valve I had purchased. But that's on the sales staff, not the installers. The NJPA customer service team has been very responsive each time I called with follow up questions.

The guys who finished the dry side and the wet side were thorough, detail oriented, and very professional and personable. Ken and Dave were both very focused yet a pleasure to work with. Given the physical challenges of the room, they got it done right. I would/will be more than pleased to give these guys a five star + rating. 👍🥇

Customer service was excellent , from sales to install. Pleasant to deal with. Only thing I would say is k is exactly what the end product will look like because I feel as though for the money we paid that the job could have been nicer.

The staff at Luxury Bath is OUTSTANDING! I met representatives of Luxury Bath at the Edison, NJ Home and Garden Show, and was impressed with their bathroom designs. After initial discussions, I hired them to do a bathroom remodel in my condominium. The price was fair, and John's expert guidance helped me choose beautiful colors, patterns, and new fixtures. Kenny and Eric did a SUPERB job carefully installing every new fixture. Their manager, Joe, was always available to answer any additional question I had. He was so kind and knowledgeable, and when I requested that a few minor items be adjusted/fixed after the bathroom was completed, Kenny and Eric came back and completed what needed to be done beautifully!! They did a TERRIFIC job. I also wish to thank Trish in reception-always available to answer the phone, and always so friendly, warm and professional. It is SO NICE to speak quickly with real human beings instead of being shuffled from number to number by a recording! Liz

Very happy with the job and glad to replace the 1950s.pink tile. We are now considering redoing the rest of the bathroom.

Very pleased with every aspect of job! Salesman Joe was great, 2 workers who did bathtub replacement were fabulous! They did an excellent job, very neat & clean! The products were all excellent quality- the "luxury" in their name!! We highly recommend them- only wish we hadn't waited so long to redo bathroom!

Eric and Kenny did an awesome job. very professional would refer to all my friends. Also the cleanup was perfect so I got a new bathroom but a real clean one too thank you so much for the great job

Ken and Eric from Luxury Bath provided an excellent experience for my bathroom remodel. I have an old house and was very anxious about making changes and uncovering what was being those walls, lol, but Ken and Eric put me at ease with their professionalism and confidence. They were on time, prepared, organized, neat and tidy, and did a great job. They answered all my questions and asked me several times about my preferences but never pressured me to decide on something before I was ready. They finished in the time they said they would and have me guidance on how to care for my investment. Thank you!
