We placed an order back in May 2021. We were told there was a bit of a turnaround to have the custom parts made, and that because our shower is in the corner of the room, they would have to install the tub/surround one day and come back to install the glass separately. We were advised that it would only be a week in between these installs. There were delays in making the parts due to pandemic staffing issues at the factory, which we totally understand, but we had to reach out to them several times before we were given any updates on what was happening and why we hadn't heard from them. Work done on the install day was great, but after the install, it took about 2 weeks just to have someone come out just to measure for the glass. Now been about 3 weeks after the measuring and our shower still has no glass, because apparently there is still a piece missing. The call center is polite and professional, but they are not great at calling me back when they say they will, and always need to speak with a project manager who seems to never be in the office. It is disappointing that it has been such a scheduling nightmare, because the actual work is good- but we ordered this work in May and it is now September and we don't have a finished shower. Really hope they can work out their scheduling issues in the future & that we eventually can have our glass doors installed.

Installation was supposed to be done in one day but installers showed up with the wrong doors. Project was left incomplete while new doors were ordered and eventually installed several weeks later. This was a rental unit so the delay resulted in the loss of a month's rent for an unfilled vacancy. A big glob of sticky stuff (adhesive?) was left exposed and visible, about 6 inches in length and almost 1 inch wide. I complained to salesman Gabriel Coloma about how bad it looked, but there was no response from the company. This project was very unsatisfactory considering the amount I paid for it. The job was not completed on time and the workmanship was very poor.

The whole experience went so smoothly. Our design consultant, Leonard, listened to our needs and assisted in designing what best suited those needs. The installer, Alex, and his crew were on time very professional, and friendly. It was only a one day install for each bathroom. Usually remodels can be stressful and this one, by far, caused me the least stress. I absolutely love our new showers! It makes me feel like I’m in a spa. I am extremely happy with the results. I would highly recommend this company and would hire them again when we decide on sink and vanity remodels..

The original $10K shower remodel was incompetent - it did not drain well and water seeped under the pan.. They came back to correct that error and made the shower floor worse - now it doesn't drain at all. We have repeatedly called to get this fixed and have just gotten the run around and they admit forgetting about us. They were swift to take our money, just like other review, they charged the final amount before doing the job. The material is great, that is why 2 stars instead of 1. Just not a professional job.

It went really well. Jason was amazing, he was punctual, very hardworking, professional etc. We are very happy with the result. Our bathrooms look really nice. We will recommend Luxury Bath to our friends and family.
