I wanted some trim work done around the house. I did not expect that to take more than 8 hours.  I still have some work I want done in the appointment. There were two people here doing the work.  They were very professional and the quality of the work was good.

Less than a year, bathroom walls started bubbling up and lines appeared.  It soon became clear that the wallpaper in the bathrooms (that Efrain and his crew were paid to remove prior to painting) was not removed but painted over.  When we notified Efrain about the bubbling and lines, he told us that the bathroom walls should have been retextured because the wallpaper could not be removed before painting.  HE NEVER INFORMED US THAT THE WALLPAPER COULD NOT BE REMOVED!  <br /> Also, at the time of hiring he stated that he was a licensed and bonded general contractor (with his license in the process of renewal). After he did such a poor job in our house we checked his license. He was not a licensed and bonded contractor, as he stated, and he has not had a license in the last few years (if ever), according to the Contractors License State Board.

<p>That was great! They were fast and clean and I would use them again in a heart beat.</p> <p>They really treated my house as if it was theirs. I never had to wipe anything down. They took care of everything and when they left it looked awesome!</p>

Mr. Gutierrez arrived exactly when he said he would and got busy right away.  He did a very thorough job, spending about six hours washing every nook and cranny of my house.  When he had finished, my house look as if it had been repainted.  He was polite and professional and I was very pleased with the job he did.  I would have no hesitation in hiring him again for painting, pressure-washing or as a handyman.  I am 100% satisfied with his work. <br />

They spent hours and were very thorough going through all parts of the home.  I think one person spent at least 5 or more hours on a ladder and meticulously spraying our entire house.  It looked so great afterwards and was really impressed by how great they were and I asked for them to spray a few extra items and they had no problem at all doing that at no extra cost.  a great company and very kind and professional staff. <br />

they were unable to come on the day they originally agreed to but communicated with me and arranged a new date  soon there after.  They worked tirelessly, were organized and got the job done within the 8 hours deal offer. <br /> They did a good job.  They were polite and explained what they were doing and why. <br />

They painted all kitchen cabinets inside and out, a primer and the main color. They spray painted the cabinets. They look great! Smooth surfaces, attention to detail, carefully prepped first, masking off all areas so that there wouldn't be accidental paint in the wrong areas. They painted walls and ceilings as well The used a primer and two coats of the main color. They rolled and hand painted these areas.. Our kitchen has a lot of detail, little shelves next to cupboards, lots of small areas that need extra attention. All were carefully painted.They removed all cabinet hardware and replaced with new ones that I bought.  The job took four days. Im very pleased with the results. The price I paid included the paint. I feel it was a fair price for the work that was done. <br />

It was ok. I had purchased the deal for a specific number of hours and when the job was completed I had two hours left but the painter just left and I would have liked for him to stay and finish painting the outside of the door. They did a good job, except for around the peep hole was left without a second coat.  <br /> It was hard to get a hold of him too, I waited around 1.5 months for them to come out. I reached out to them and I think he was overwhelmed by how many "offers" he sold. <br />

I bought a deal for painter for the day. When they showed up, they said it was a 3 day job, and wanted to charge more. At first, they were not going to give me the full value of the deal to apply to the larger job. After arguing about it for about 30 monutes, they agreed. They overestimated on the job and itonly ended up taking them about 1.5 days. They did a good job, but I didn't end up saving money. <br /> <br />

Overall, the job was pretty good, but they did get paint on some things they should have masked. The price above was for labor only, I bought the paint from Lowe's <br />
