David’s tech’s did a great job very professional and if I had a concern they reassured me what every it takes to make my wife and me happy David was more that fair with the price and the quality of the Carpet was better than the price I got from Home Depot thank you so much!!!!!! This company is a rip-off. We purchased carpeting from them for them to install, as well as paid them to install engineered hardwood. We asked them to install the hardwood first, so that our other contractor could continue with work. They did not do as we had asked and installed the carpeting first. We questioned the carpeting as to whether it was what we ordered and were assured that it was correct. It is not the correct color and we have come to learn it is also not the correct manufacturer. We purchased Mohawk Home Front III carpeting. After contacting Mohawk directly, we found out that this company did not purchase any carpeting from them and they confirmed that the carpeting installed is NOT Mohawk carpeting. We took the carpeting to another retailer who confirmed that not only is the color wrong, but it is the wrong carpeting. This retailer does not answer his cell phone and his voicemail box is full. His office phone rings busy and when you stop at the location, the lights are off, the door locked and no one is there. He also will not respond to text messages. With regard to the engineered hardwood we paid him to install, he only partially installed it. Mohawk has also reached out to him and he refuses to respond to them either. As with any hardwood installation there is always quarter round that needs to be put in place so that there is no gap between the flooring and the baseboard. He did not install it and we had to pay someone else to do so. Right now we are out over $8,000 and trying to setting this with our credit card company so that this incorrect carpeting can be removed and we are refunded so that we can have the correct carpeting and color installed.

Awesome service and price. David is super friendly and professional. You simply can't beat the price or workmanship. I made a mistake with my calculations and David handled it super professionally. My husband I were very impressed especially with how quickly he installed the carpet -- and my husband is not easily impressed. Great job David! We'll be in touch soon for our next project.
