The installer was a third party unskilled day worker subcontracted by the main company. The job was rushed and the finished product reflected poor craftsmanship and lack of pride in workmanship. Both companies/providers were contacted and they grew very upset and combative and uncooperative. I will have to trace their businesses and proceed with a standard lawsuit within a few days! I am extremely disappointed in this service.
