It went very well.

<p>I contracted with Larry Wright of L&W Interiors to sand and restain the hardwood floors throughout my house.  I explained to him that the reason I wanted this scheduled during a two week vacation was to give the floor plenty of time to dry and harden before I moved my furniture back in.</p> <p>While I was on vacation, I had a friend check the progress on the floor and was informed that Larry had waited until the end of that two week period before finishing and sealing the floor.  The floors looked very good when I returned and I paid him the full amount, but when I moved my furniture back in, I inadvertently scratched the floor in the hallway, which is not deep, but quite visible in the morning light.</p> <p>I called Larry to ask if he could have his crew lightly sand and reseal that portion of the hallway.  He said that he had another job in the neighborhood soon and would send his guy by.  This did not happen so I called him again.  He said that he would need to wait until after the holidays because of a backload of jobs and that he would have to charge me for the repair.</p> <p>I agreed with this arrangement, but he never got back with me.  After repeated calls and emails, it is obvious that L&W Interiors is not concerned about repairing this scratch, which I believe he is at least partially responsible for.  If he had done my floor at the beginning of my vacation, which he led me to believe before I signed the contract and made a deposit with him, I believe this scratch could have been avoided.</p> <p>In any case, Larry's lack of follow through, which would have cost him little time, but would have made a major difference in the quality of the job and my satisfaction, apparently is unimportant to him.  I would not use his services again.</p> <br />

L&W was recommended to us from a work colleague and they kept raving about his quality flooring work and attention to detail. Let's just say that this has been our second round with L&W Interiors and they did not disappoint! <br /> Larry and his Team are craftsmen - not floor installers. We have been so impressed all the way around and the flooring in our 1929 home is now gorgeous! Larry shows up when he says he is going to, communciates throughout the process, and cleans up when the job is done. Every visitor at our house comments on how beautiful our floors look. True craftsmanship of the highest quality and exceptional customer service. <br /> On last thought ... last November (2013) was our first job with L&W. I remember stopping in on one afternnon to check on the work Larry was doing for us (living room, dining room and study floor restoration). It was a rainy, cold day and the job was pretty much complete. I rememember Larry was there inspecting and refining the job. What struck me was that he (the owner) shows up on the job throughout the process to ensure the work is done with the highest quality - he really cares that the work is done well which is why he is consistently recommended by his clients to others. We couldn't have been happier and wholeheartedly endorse L&W for quality craftsmanship. <br />

Installed foyer lighter and a chandelier.  Terry was professional and finished ahead of time.  I would highly recommend him to others and plan and asking him to come back for future work.

We were very pleased with LW Interiors from start to finish. Larry was responsive and thorough with my questions and his crew was very professional. We had three quotes for the work and he was right in the middle. We would definitely use him again. <br />

He did a high quality work.  He matched the wood color with the kitchen cabinets that we had.  His workers were excellent.  They finished the work in about 3 days and did a beautiful job.  I would use him again in the future too.
