I hired Ben to repair my garage door back in June; initially he was very responsive and reliable. He came across as a trustworthy person and very professional and accommodating. He return my calls and showed up for the most part when he said he would. We discuss if I should repair or replace my door, with the price difference being about $500 I opt to have the door repaired. I also asked that he repair and replace the seal around my door as it was old and in disrepair. It took a about a month for the door panel to come in but once they were delivered Ben promptly came over and replaced the top broken panel. About 2 months after the repair the door was off the track again, I called Ben to let him know what was going on with my door; it took him almost 2 weeks to respond. He said his phone was broken and he had been waiting to get a replacement phone in the mail during that time. When he came to repair the door he told me I needed an additional part because he had to move the placement of the arm that lifted the door. I thought this was odd because the door had been operating perfectly fine for the last 15 years with its current location. However I took his advice and purchased the additional part. He once again "repaired" the door and it was working fine. Low and behold about a month later the door again was off track again. I called several time over the course of about a week; during this time my car was stuck in the garage; lucky for me I was working form home and I managed to get around without it. Because I needed my car the following week to go into the office for work. I called A1 doors who came out and fixed my door the same day; they also informed me there was no need to move the arm that lifted the garage door. They charged me $95 dollar for the repair, which I thought was fair. I now question if I should've paid as much I did for the initial repair. I have asked Ben to reimburse for the repair since he didn't respond in a timely manner to my calls and text messages. Of course I haven't heard a word form him. Please beware of using Ben for any services. His word and guarantee mean less than the paper they were written on.

Did a great job! Showed up on time and worked in the heat with no complaint. Went above and beyond and even helped me move some heavier stuff out of the way. I’ll definitely use them again if I ever need additional garage services.

Ben was awesome. He was super intelligent, on time, and no nonsense. He had my door up in no time flat with a big smile on his face.
