It was impressive. The tech arrived early because of the chance of rain. He got started and finished early. He was very courteous and professional. He talked me through the process and made sure I was satisfied with everything. He even readjusted a camera that I asked to be adjusted. I can say that I would definitely use his services again and highly recommend them to others.

Gerrit and his team did a fantastic job. Gerrit was on time for our appointment to review my home security needs. He listened to what I wanted and provided good advise. Gerrit provided an estimate after our review. I did talk to other security companies but Lync was the obvious choice for me. Gerrit and his team were running a bit late on the install day but Gerrit called to let me know they were running late. That was great customer service. Gerrit and his team did a great job installing the system. The house was spotless when they were finished. Gerrit walked me through the system features and made sure I was happy with all of the work. I also had Gerrit install the SkyBell video door bell. The video is create and it is nice to have a two way communication with the person on the front porch. The entire experience was great! We met with Link before installation and discussed what we wanted out of a surveillance system and he showed us the perfect spots to have them placed around our house. The equipment was extremely affordable, but amazingly clear quality. We love that we can utilize it easily on our phones from anywhere quickly and easily. We are out of town a lot and this feature has definitely eased our minds. The installation process was seamless. The employees are punctual, and the installation quick and efficient. We received extensive education on our equipment and how to connect it to our devices without difficulty. We have had zero issues. The knowledge the staff with Link possesses makes the entire process effortless. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone interested in security and surveillance systems.

I first decided to go with Link Security for my home alarm and surveillance cameras, but after talking with Cox to get activated for Cable and Internet, Cox talked me into signing up for HomeLife too, their security package, to save about $400 (But Link cameras were better). But after reading Cox's Homelife reviews that night (average at best), I decided to go back with Link. And I could not be any happier with the decision I made. Link did a fantastic job with the installation, as clean as can be. Gerrit was very punctual, and was very informative. I cannot be any happier with the product also. The cameras are very nice looking, so it looks nice outside my house. The pictures and videos are great. There's a DVR recorder that allows for easy live viewing and 10 days playback, hooked right up to your TV. You can also set up the app on your iPhone and iPad to do the same, and it is so user friendly. Or you can even use an Internet browser. My home security system, I can arm/disarm using my iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch. And of course, there's a keypad. But what a convenience not having to arm and run out the house in 30 seconds! Or being able to arm it from your own bed. All in all, this was a perfect transaction. If you are looking for home security and/or surveillance cameras, Link is it. Their pricing is very reasonable. They were right in the middle of all the quotes that I got, but I assure you the little extra you pay than the bottom tier is for the quality you will get! Thanks Gerrit!

Very professional and knowledgeable, the best in New Orleans!    Excellent, excellent service--from estimate, installation, and follow-up.   This guy really knows his stuff.   He was punctual and treated my home/property with respect/care.   Provided basic explanation of the system in lay/understandable  terms.   Would definitely recommend and do business with him again.

The hands on service by the owner- Gerritt- is outstanding.  If for any reason you need his assistance (if the power goes out and you lose connections) he is there.  His employees are also top notch. Their prices are reasonable- especially for the service that comes with it.  Highly recommend Link Security!!!
