Merrill started off good, then slowly started declining with his work. He charged a fortune and the quality was not there at all. Our driveway shows streaks and marks everywhere. We had to pay more money to level the foundation in the back he laid so that we could put our tiles in without a massive slope. We had to grind down and self level a lot of the floor. He showed up around 2 most days and only worked a few hours. The job took months! I have had multiple other contractors come out and say his work was done poorly. He was not willing to fix his mistakes the right way. He claimed the driveway was “industry standard” after we called him out for it. He did come out and lay an epoxy coat on our driveway to try and cover the marks but it made it worse and the epoxy is insanely slippery. The only part that turned out good was our fire pit, everything else was poorly executed. Amazing his work cost almost as much as we paid for our house! I would not recommend doing business with him.
