"Customer called said was a minor leak. I went to his house and investigated the cause. I noticed that the customer decided to make a loft in his garage. He had cut the nails that came thru the roof deck. This is what caused the roof to leak. I went to his house 5 different times and each time i water tested it before i left and the leak seamed to not be their anymore. I left after feeling the problem was fixed. customer had some guy on his roof ripping up shingles then had the man call me and act like he was from the BBB. He told me that he was going to do a report on the leak. the man caused the leak to become worse and the roof started to leak in other places. It seems the customer wants to blame us for doing bad work when in actuality he cause a minor leak that i tried to resolve multiple times. But he decided to have a handy man mess with the roof and cause allot more damage and leaks to occur. Even though the customer caused thee roof to leak we never charged for any of the times I was their to resolve the problem. When a person cuts the nails from under the roof deck it may cause a leak that is very hard to locate. I would have kept going back to find the leak as long as nobody else messed with the roof."
"Thank you, I enjoy the fact that you felt so highly of me and my company. I really liked working for you."
