Beware, unreliable, liar, terrible contractor ,breach of contract Our experience as follows, This company was hired by my family mid October, job cost was 10,000+ started October 15 to remodel my basement, install drywall, paint, framing, stairs, install cabinets, countertop, tile floors and grout, barn doors Everything was going ok Miguel and his partner worked on and off for about 4 full weeks ,a few times he called saying he wasn't coming because someone had slashed his tires and even shared a picture of the tires damaged. We were patient enough as we know things can happen. throughout the progress of the work we pointed out there were issues that concerned us and wanted fixed, he had installed a electrical outlet where we connected a fridge ,we noticed that our fridge was leaking and when we looked clearly he had used the port that turned on and off the lights to the entire basement,, lack of knowledge on electricity, He had also failed to isulate the only wall that was supposed to be isulated. we brought it to his attention and insisted it was done, until we actually made him open wall and ,of course he blamed his worker for not doing it . We kept our end of the contract with the deposit requested and what he asked at the end of the week, as agreed but was very pushy and wanted more money , at this point we had paid already payed him 90% of total job amount. He assured he was almost done, just one more week of work was Needed to compete the work, that he was going to work extra longer hours. Until Miguel called around nov15,2020 saying he had covid and had to quarantine for 2 weeks, we of course understood and were supportive for his recovery, and we feared for our family safety. During this time he communicated that he could not answer the phone because he had difficulty breathing ,and was texting asking if he can pick up his tools By this time a second red flag We advised that since he still had a lot of work to do here and the job was not fully completed Probably 40% complete he can take all his tools when he finished and completed the entire job 100% and to our satisfaction, since there had been issues . During this time I had Reffered him to family friends since they had projects they wanted looked at. They called to tell me they had gotten in contact with Miguel and were going to get free estimate from Miguel and they were happy to get on the schedule with him that week, I was puzzled because according to him he was unable to speak and had difficulty breathing, mind you he had COVID according to what he told us and was in quarantined. He came back worked for about week, was asking for more money ,that he couldn't pay for the cabinets .We advised he will get fully paid after he finished the contract agreement and we were satisfied with the work. we ended up paying for the cabinets out of pocket, since there was already a deposit on it . He worked for about 4days out of that week, before he left that day he hauled all of his bigger tools. Somethig seen fishy, by the end that day He claimed he had tested again positive for covid and had to quarantine again for 2 more weeks, by this time, we were very sure of what was going on.we were being SCAMMED, It was already a pattern and we knew he was up to no good. we understood the severity of the illness so gave him a chance to quarantine again, A lot of time had already passed,Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas was a gonna be in few days ,and still no sign of Miguel. The day he was supposed to come back, he used excuse after excuse, he had every kind of emergency, . we then found out he had changed his number and profile on angies list. under M.a.c remodeling.We could not get ahold of him, in Any way he was not communicating with us. 3 months later we have had no luck getting ahold of him to come finish the job he started , HE BAILED.he won't answer the phone, my text,my calls, emails. We still have some of his tools here. We found out thru other source of social media that he has done this to other Customers. we do not recommend him, very unreliable and the quality of work is very poor. We have to now hire another contractor to fix the mistakes Miguel and his team made.

They did a really good work. They were here when they said they would. They were on time. They cleaned up after themselves. They were honest and thorough.

It was really good and they were really nice and the price is very affordable and they did a great job. I have no complaint towards about them.

I had my bathroom and kitchen remodeled. Excellent work ??I honestly recommend it.

It was good. They workers were good. They were professional.

It was very good. It was excellent. They were great. They knew what they were doing. They helped me on choosing the materials and the decorations. The bathroom came out one of a kind, unique, and beautiful. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. They were quick.
