He tried to do the repairs by just replacing the inter shaft but brass washer was damaged so do the job right he had to replace complete hose bib which meant he had to cut into interior wall to secure hose to plumbing.  He was very professional and  <br /> knowledgeable <br />

We had a faucet replaced by these guys and I was thoroughly impressed! Very friendly yet professional. Installation time was reasonable in my opinion. Faucet looks great too! I would recommend them to a friend in a heartbeat. This was done about a year ago but I'm new to Angie's List but wanted to make sure I put my praise to these guys! The faucet is still holding strong a year later so that's great! <br /> Our landlord was the one who hired them so I'm not sure of the cost. <br />

He spent time with us and gave exceptional service. He was also very reasonable for his price. I'd certainly hire him again and I'd recommend him to any friend.

He took off his shoes when he entered our house. Got the work completed in less time that originally thought. Cleaned up after himself.

Victor explained the problem clearly and explained the various options.The bottom line was that we needed to new faucet. It was fortunate that we had a faucet we had bought and never got around to installing. He installed our faucet and tested everything several times to make sure that there were no leaks. He was very professional and we felt that we received excellent value for the money spent. I would have no hesitation in using Mack Plumbing again.

Victor was very friendly and courteous. He even took his shoes off before walking on our new carpet. He took the time to teach me about the repair and show me what he was doing. I bought a toilet and had it ready to install assuming the problem was a broken toilet but he encouraged me to take it back and let him fix it which saved me a lot of money on parts and labor. He had the chance to do more work than was necessary but was honest about the repairs needed. I don't like it when mechanics/plumbers/electricians try to take advantage of you for not knowing anything about their trade but Victor was 100% honest with me. He will definitely get my business going forward and I know I don't have to worry about him overcharging or over repairing anything to fill his wallet. <br /> <br /> Before he left he showed me where to look for leaks, how to shutoff the main water switch for the house and other basic plumbing things which I appreciated. I'm a new home owner and I'm glad to now have an honest, skilled and fair priced plumber I can rely on when things go wrong. <br /> <br />

Had a faucet in guest bathroom pop a leak in its base, of all things. So, I went to my "go to" plumbing company (Mack) and asked for help. Came and fixed it right away, which is what I've come to expect over the years and why I keep going back to Mack Plumbing...

Victor was wonderful. He didn't do much (we anticipated the need to move a gas line, when all that needed done was the removal of a housing. He was punctual, did everything we asked ... felt bad for charging, but we didn't mind.

He’s done everything from basically rescuing me in emergency situations to troubleshooting. We have a Grohe faucet that we could never receive hot water from and no other plumbers were able to repair. Mack took it apart and was able to mend the problem. He is very good at repairs. He’s fixed frost free faucet and regular faucets. He’s been doing this for 30 years! His slogan should be that if I can’t fix it, no one can.
