MA Cleaning

Scheduling issues from the get go. After arrival, pro insisted on using my cleaning products and vac. Hired a 2nd time, the employee had limited ability to communicate due to language barrier. They worked hard but did not complete because there was only one person instead of 2. I've hired for the 3rd time to finish the job and I'll have to pay for session #3. The work was very good but not sure if the overall process could have been better. Thanks, Regina Casey

The painting was done really well and carefully. During the process we had to put in new sheet rock because of work done by an unrelated contractor. They didn't put in the sheet rock (the contractor did) but they did a great job of sanding it down, priming and painting it, and they didn't charge extra.

Although she was a hard worker, she lacked in experience and professionalism. Perhaps they are new at this business.

They do a great job. I am continuing to use them for periodic cleaning.

It went Good

House was clean and service was performed in 2 hours. Putting things back could have been better, but the overall product was great.

They were friendly, fast, and thorough. They did a really nice job with the areas I asked for special attention. The kitchen looks amazing.

First they were going to come at 1pm so I took the day off of work then I get a call that her mother was sick she would send 2 cleaners no later that 2:40 I had originally said I didn't want people coming later in the day by 3 pm no one was at my house so I cancelled as I had finished most of the house when I called her to complain she said if I pay $25 more she will send people to my house I told her no that she can send them for the original amount of $149 she agreed then said we also do painting I am not comfortable having these people at my house and would like a refund

The fridge and oven were untouched, I'm pretty sure. I was excited about offloading someone else cleaning the refrigerator shelves, but it looks like this will still be me. To be fair, a lot of other things were touched, so perhaps the cleaner was going beyond what was promised. But unfortunately, those things weren't very good either. E.g., I saw blinds being cleaned in the bathroom, great. But I saw 2 days later they had a lot of dust on them still, which I don't think they could've accumulated in just those few days. Worst of all, I had to do a *lot* of vacuuming right after the cleaner left. I didn't do a thorough enough check before she did, but then I saw there was dust & dirt in several places. Perhaps she emptied her vacuum into another bag indoors or something? But there was dust all over the floor of the bathroom and our main hallway, which I know she vacuumed. It was pretty frustrating to do cleaning right after a cleaner left, so I don't think I'd hire this one again.

MA cleaning rescheduled 4 times prior to today and actually were a "no show" today. No call to let me know, just didn't show up.

There were very nice and I think they tried, but I didn?t think it was quite as thorough as they advertised. They cleaned the oven, but I had to remind them that it was part of the deal. Two women came out, one seemed experienced, and the other one was using glass cleaner on my wood furniture. I?m glad that I was home; I didn?t have too much confidence in them. <br /> <br />  They did a beautiful job on the floors. My husband is disabled and I have to take him out of the house and she had to re-schedule twice. That was a little annoying.

Excellent! They did a very thorough job. Extremely satisfied!

It worked out good. They spent like 4 hours here. They did good. They dusted the fan and everything.

HORRIBLE! For starters they sprayed BLEACH on our sectional couch (purchased from Bernie and Phyls for over $3,000 in May 2016). They were out the door when I noticed some white spots on it. Then I looked closer and saw the bulk of the bleach stains (see the pictures). I ran outside and caught them before they left. They tried to deny any wrongdoing, but clearly they accidentally used the wrong spray while cleaning the cabinets behind it. It still smells like bleach now on the day after. They have not apologized and have yet to confirm that they will pay any costs to get the damaged covers replaced. Any good business would have admitted what they did the moment they used the wrong spray and offered to pay for it. So far they have shown they are not trustworthy. Until they accept responsibility and prove they can demonstrate good businees practices I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. P.S. In addition to all of this, I called them at 1pm and they said they would still make it at their scheduled time of 2pm. They showed up after 4pm then they rushed through the work in only 2 hours and didn't even get to the refrigerator, but I'm not so worried about that compared to being worried if they will pay to replace the slipcovers.

Fixed ceiling it had a stain and was cracking the price was very reasonable . They cleaned up very well after the job was done.

It went very well! They were very efficient and thorough. They cleaned in places I haven't in a long time. I will definitely bring them back in once a month for the same service.

Maisa and another woman came to clean the house and despite the house being quite dirty when they arrived, they worked diligently for the entire time and left the house looking much better. They were both nice and responsible, (and good with our pets). Don't hesitate at all to hire MA Cleaning.

Two women showed up to clean the garage. Given the description I thought it would be a little more with organization, not just dump everything on the driveway and toss it all back it. It was helpful to have everything taken out as it allowed me to throw some stuff away. Everything was brought back in but not in any organized way.
