My husband and I were pleased with the service and the men.  They were pleasant and respectful and it is always our desire to help out a "mom and pop" business by using their services.  <br /> Jonathan KNOWS his trees and actually climbs the trees himself while letting the other guys (sorry guys, can not remember names) know exactly what would happen and how to help him keep branches off the roof, wires and the neighbors vehicles!  <br /> I called their number, spoke with Jonathan and the following day he came by to give us an estimate.  Should we need tree service in the future, I will be calling Mad-Family Tree Service. <br />

I saw Jonathan Swinging in my neighbors tree about a week ago. After i saw his clean up job from my neighbors property. I got ideas for our property. I called Jonathan and he came out that day to give me an estimate. He gave me 2 prices, first price was if i got the job done this week it would cost 450.00. Second price was 550.00 for anytime after this week. I had to talk to my husband before i could say yes, so i called back that evening and confirmed the day for his crew to come out. Jonathan did the fire pit absolutely free. He said he doesn't spend money on advertisements, that he prefers word of mouth to get his company out there. I would recommend Mad-Family Tree Service to anyone who has any outside project. Jonathan was very knowledgeable on landscaping as well and i have already set up a mulching job for his company after July. <br />

Mr. Madison owner/climber called me back immediately after i left a voice-mail. He said he could make it out for a free estimate later that evening. As stated Mr. Madison was here before 5:00 Pm. After he gave me the estimate i was very excited about the price and asked when he was available to start. Mad-Family Tree Service was at my house by 8:00 Am starting their chainsaws. By 2:00 Pm. Mr.Madison and his crew were done with their final clean up and My yard was in a condition i haven't seen in at least 5 years. I have Mad-Family Tree Service set up to do some elevating and planting new trees in the fall of this year. I would recommend anyone who has been putting off work in their yards to give Mr. Madison a call for a free estimate. You'll notice that his prices are very competitive compared to all other companies in my area. <br />

The energy in our first conversation got me really anxious for Mad-Family Tree Service to come out to my property for a free estimate. When Jonathan Madison got here on Thursday 5/9/2013 at 4:30pm. he was very knowledgeable and gave me some pointers for my problem grass areas. Once Jonathan saw the broken pine, it became an urgency to get down before something/someone got injured. Jonathan had his crew out there Friday morning at 8:00am. the day after my free estimate. Which to me showed his care for my families safety. <br /> Mad-Family Tree Service was referred to me from a friend of my family. I was nervous after i had another company tell me i would need a company with a bucket truck. I explained to Jonathan some of my financial issues and that i would have to wait if it was going to be over $800.00 to get the one broken pine tree. Jonathan showed concern not only for my property but for my safety as well. He re-assured me there would be no use for a bucket truck and everything will come down by roping piece by piece. <br /> After completion Jonathan pointed out another pine tree that could possibly be a hazard. He understood my financial standing and did this tree for me out of good grace. Jonathan said  " I cant allow this tree to stand as a threat, since i have placed my eyes on it. I will get this down as long as you get these three business cards into the right hands."  I was so impressed with his business ethics and explained that i would do more than just pass out  three business cards. <br /> I was very amazed at the passion that this company showed for the safety of their customers.
