Mad City Windows & Baths

Mad City replaced our old shower with a shower that looks like a spa! We are absolutely thrilled with the results. Our salesman James, the plumber Phil, and especially our workmen Steve and Dean, did a fantastic job! Thank you to all involved, it turned out so much better than we even imagined. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I highly recommend them!!

We had all of our upstairs windows replaced and had a great overall experience with the window install from start to finish. Staff were knowledgeable, adaptable, and thorough. The install was quick and everything was cleaned up well. Super happy with the windows (especially the large bay window) and the overall experience!

Two guys made quick work out of the 8 window installation we agreed to. We had to close the room whenever there was hot, cold or stormy weather. We are going to now keep the room open year round. Thank you Mad City!

hey didn't leave it as clean as they said they would. They put one of the doors on backwards. The coating side is on the outside instead of the inside.

Everything was done very well and in a timely fashion

The install was actually a patio door, but theres no option for that. They were a little late due to some traffic and apple maps sending them to the wrong address (happens pretty often for my address for some reason). Besides that they got the job done quickly, cleanly and they communicated well.

The salesman, Mike, did an excellent job working with us to get the best deal. Our new windows are easy to open, close and clean. The installation crew also were conscientious and did a great job!

I can't say enough good about all the employees we worked with in purchasing and installing the 4 worse original windows in this old house! The workers were polite, knowledgeable and very professional. They had to do extra work by replace the window frames themselves before installing the new windows and they cleaned up the area afterwards. Not only do we love our new windows but our neighbors have complimented on how nice they look as well. We will be a repeat customer when it comes time to replace the rest of the windows.

I recently had a tub to walk-in shower conversion. From start to finish the service was AWESOME! High quality material and installation craftsmanship were top-notch. Every employee I spoke with was friendly and provided great customer service. Can't go wrong with Mad City ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mad City recently completed a project to update our kitchen. We got new cabinet doors and hardware, with the soft closure feature. They also installed new crown molding and trim, and laminated our existing boxes to match the new style and color. In addition we added a cupboard to the desk area which adds more cupboard space, and utilizes the available empty space. Also we have many new pullout shelves in several spaces including the pantry. The craftsman were on time, skilled and very efficient. All this and the warranty extends to next buyer. Great job Mad City!

I absolutely recommend Mad City and Brandon Pierce! Our shower turned out great! Brandon was professional and had excellent communication with us even when we ran into a bit of an issue where we had to move our toilet so we would meet code. He kept us up to date and the work was finished in good time. He also provided value by providing us with some flooring and color ideas! If you are looking for some remodel work, I highly recommend Brandon and Mad City!
