Mad City Windows & Baths

They did a very good job on the walk in shower however they didn't do the subfloor toilet area to code. I worked with city inspector and the company and with in a day they called me and said the will come back and fix it so I can continue to do the floor covering.

We had four large picture windows installed by Mad City, each measuring approximately 4 feet by 8.5 feet. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows and the installation experience. Zack and Casey completed the installation and did exceptional work. They were polite, professional, and respectful of our home throughout the entire process. Once the job was finished, they cleaned up thoroughly and left our house in perfect condition. Considering the size of the windows, the quality of the product, and the work involved in the installation, we felt the value was reasonable for the cost. We would recommend Mad City, especially Zack and Casey, based on our experience.

Great product and excellent service

We got our bathtub replaced with a walk-in shower. It was all done in one day. Its very nice. Did seem expensive but comparable with others but they were early, they did haul everything away and clean up their mess. They were thorough during the initial consultation and throughout the job. Couldn't use the shower the same day like we were initially told by the first man we met with but nonetheless it turned out very nice and we are pleased.

I have never had such a delight experience with a company! They were prompt f, followed through on all of their promises. The workers were experienced and careful, clean and very pleasant to work with! My kitchen was finished in the time frame quoted and the work was excellent. I love my new kitchen! From beginning to end, those at Mad City made it very easy to replace the windows in our house. During our first meeting our sales person went over every feature of the windows, showed designs, and explained the whole process. There was a small hiccup during installation when one of the windows was cracked. Mad City installers let us know that it was cracked, and that they were going to replace it. Great company to work with.

We really liked working with Mad City for our cabinets, and would use them again for future home remodel/repair needs. The work and the product are quality! Dan was helpful in the design phase, making sure we got what we wanted. In install, Corey and his crew were fast and efficient, checked in with us as they went, and we love the results. The first picture is what our cabinets looked like before and the second two are the great work they did. All new drawers, doors with inside hinges, and new handles, plus this neat blind corner space saver. It makes such a difference. Once we get our new countertop and appliances in, I know this will be our dream kitchen.

It was an absolute pleasure to witness Dominic’s skills at tearing down & rebuilding my new shower! The installation went for two days. Alex not only did great job but also kept house clean. He vacuumed and took all the debris with him by the end of the working day and left no mess. He let us check his work every time before he moved to the next stage. His manager John came to visit on the project site daily to make sure things went well. The customer service was on top of the line.

I had to have one of the window's cut in so it was a bigger job. They had an electrician come in to take care of the electrical part which reassured me that they were doing a professional job. I couldn't be happier with the work that they did. I love my windows!

Absolutely satisfied with Mad City Baths! Our brand new bathtub from Mad City was finally installed today. Great friendly service, very knowledgeable and everything was done in a great timely manner.

The installer they sent was quite slow. When it came time to sign the paperwork, he didn't seem to know which papers I needed to sign.

We had a 50+ year old shower that was stained and small, Mad City replaced it with a bigger, more beautiful one that we love, and they completed it in one day.
