Maddox Roofing and Contracting LLC Tx

Maddox Roofing did a great job all around! I was skeptical at first since I didn't see too many reviews and I have a lot of flashing that needs to be correct but after meeting with Brady multiple times and going over the exact details of the work to be performed, I decided to go with him on this large cash expense (non-insurance related reroof). He got the permits in a week or so and then had the materials delivered and the crew came only a couple of days later. They tore everything completely off, and replaced it all. I saw the bare roof and the few replaced sheets of plywood before they re-wrapped the entire roof again with their waterproofing material and re-applied shingles and flashing everywhere. It looks so good, I was so happy when I saw the new roof! The best part of Maddox however is that LESS THAN A WEEK after the new roof was installed, a wind storm tore off a few of the new shingles. I called Maddox to let him know and see if he had some spares I could have to patch, he said "No sir you have a 5 year warranty with my company and we will take care of it". Sure enough they came out and patched it up with matching shingles. Very pleased with the company and the work the men performed on this big house in only 2 days. I see detail and pride in the work and I watched selflessness as the men picked up every scrap of debris from the flower beds and shook the rain spouts to find stubborn nails that could remain behind. I would recommend Maddox Roofing to anyone in the area and I hope they are still in business when I need another roof! Proud photos of my roof are on his FB site.

Our 6 month old roof started to leak after a rain storm. I called Maddox on a Saturday and he came out within hours to evaluate the issue. He determined the roof was not installed correctly and was in need of repair in a few areas. I decided to remove all to the decking and replace the bad sheets and reshingle. The roof was done in about a week from the initial phone call.

Awesome job. The roof was the most beautiful roof I’ve ever seen. Job got done 2 days sooner than expected. We did a final walk through after the work was completed and they immediately fixed or cleaned up anything I wasn’t perfectly satisfied with. I’ve never worked with someone as responsive as Brady Maddox. He picked up the phone immediately every time I called and was extremely prompt and professional with every interaction . Pricing was awesome- by far the best I could find. The warranty provided was incredible and very reassuring . He even spent a lot of time providing a lot advice and suggestions for other things around the house at no additional cost

Brady at Maddox Roofing and contracting was beyond professional, he walked me through the entire process, even dealt with the insurance company for me. I was on a waitlist for another company but after three months of waiting Brady had knocked on my door gratuitously, quoted me alsmost 2grand under the other company and completed my roof that week! Maddox roofing and contracting is a truly remarkable company! If it weren't for them, I would STILL be waiting for the other company to replace my roof, not to mention I would have paid more. I couldn't possibly be happier with my experience. In fact I'm so happy that I decided to use them to build my carport. All of the employees I met during the Time the spent on my roof were courteous and hardworking, I really can not express how absolutely impressed I am with their level of professionalism and their quality of work. This company is going places, they definitely made a loyal customer out of me! I will recommend them to anyone I know in need of contract/roof work. This is THE COMPANY TO GO WITH !

Every project that Maddox Roofing and Contracting did was always done professionally;and, in a timely manner. I spoke with the owner Brady Maddox each day while on any, or all work was being done. He was very knowledgeable; and, answered all my questions. I will continue to hire Brady Maddox's company. Maddox Roofing and Contracting did superior and quality work every time. I will continue to hire this company in the future!

It went very well. Mr. Maddox sat with us and took the time to explain how the roofing replacement would go from arrival of materials to completion. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. We have recommended him to our neighbors. Quick, honest, and reliable service. Very hard working team.

Brady Maddox responded very quickly to my inquiries. (He was late once, no biggie). He provided an estimate for work which was more thorough than I had from other roofers and once I committed to using his company was very accommodating about getting it done at the earliest possible date. The price was also higher than estimates from other roofers but then he did more work also so I think it was worth it. He and an assistant got the work done in 1 day. I am still waiting for a downpour to test whether the leaks are actually fixed but as I said he seemed to do a good job. <br />

Excellent service.  Mr. Maddox noticed a missing shingle as he was working another job in the neighborhood.  He rang our bell and pointed out the missing shingle.  He said he would inspect our roof at no charge and he did so taking pictures of several missing shingles and the old standpipe boots showing cracks in the rubber and shrinking caulking.  We have never taekn any service from someone who "stops by" but after speaking to him his extensive knowledge and professional manner convinced us to give him a try.  Our current roof is over 20 years old and I wanted an opinion on its condition.  Mr. Maddox did not try and sell us a new roof.  He stated the current roof has a couple of years left barring any potential storm damage.  While discussng the roof we indicated we might have a couple of other jobs that needed to be done including re-caulking all the windows and replacing a wrought iron fence.  He indicated he could do that work but was not pushy about our committing to having the work done now.  Instead he gave us his card and said to call him when/if we decided we needed any other work done. We really appreciated his professionalism and courtesy. <br />

,He and his crew were on time, did the job with precision and efficiency and cleaned up afterwards.  I do believe he can fix anything inside or outside of the house.  I will use him again on future jobs. <br />

It was excellent, I haven't had any leaks or seen anything wrong. He prevented more damages to my home. He took photographs of what needed repaired. I went on the roof and verified, the pictures were accurate.  He is honest and trustworthy and I would recommend him for any roofing repairs.

The date was set for the roof replacement. They were punctual and professional. I was very impressed with the service. Mr. Maddox kept me informed every step of the way. With such a big purchase it was a little scary but everything went as the way I was informed. I had three other estimates and I'm very thankful I choose Maddox Roofing. go forward with a new roof. Brady came back and measured the roof and drew up a proposal. He included re-roofing our shed and small playhouse/storage bldg. (formerly a dog house) as a courtesy to us. <br /> His crew began work on July 7th and completed the job on July 8th using GAF HD (high dimensional) shingles. They installed a drip edge, which Universal City now requires, so we're up to current code. Not only do we have a solid new roof now, which should last for many years, but the curb appeal of our house has improved tremendously. His crew did a thorough job on clean up. Brady had our foundation, driveway and sidewalks power washed the day after work was complete. He followed up with us actively during and after the process to address any concerns and questions, and we felt very confident in all the work that was done. <br /> My husband and I highly recommend he and his crew to anyone who is considering investing in a new roof. P.S.-Brady went up on the roof at least 4 times during the tear off/reshingling process to insure everything was being done correctly. We also sub-contracted seamless gutters with Brady, and they look fantastic! <br />

The roofers were very professional and did a great job.  My roof looks great and I they gave me a 5 year warranty.  The price was more than competitive and I was thoroughly impressed with the speed and quality of their work.  I highly recommend this company you will not be disappointed.  Very pleased.
