Do not trust this company. This company came for an estimate on a flood i had in my den. Had me sign some ridiculous contract to clean the place up. Then when it was time to get an estimate on the rebuild went ghost on me forcing me to hire another contractor to do the work. Only to be sued by the company for not doing the rebuild. Apparently the agreement I signed up for the rebuild had verbiage in it that this company was going to do the rebuild of my home regardless of the price provide. The company eventually sued me and is trying to garnish wages from my check at work. Literlally trying to take food out of my kids mouths. Do not use these guys.

"Dear Mr. [Member Name Removed], we take all of our clients comments very seriously and do our best to correct any differences that come up in doing insurance claim work. However, in this case you have materially misrepresented the work we did for you by obtaining approved estimates from your insurance company. We do not get paid by you, we get paid solely on what your insurance company approves to do the work, and insurance companies do not part with money easily. We did not ghost you, in fact it was just the opposite. We obtained approved estimates to complete the insurance work, but you wanted other work done in your home that was not approved by the insurance company. That is not what we do. You decided at that point to keep the money for your own use and stopped working with us thereby breaching your contract. You also failed to mention that we now have a court ordered judgement against you that we are actively seeking to collect. If you are going to post negative reviews, you should be truthful, as it impacts all the staff here at Madison Avenue Construction that work hard each day cleaning up and rebuilding homes that have suffered a loss. Madison Avenue was amazing when I had a flood in my basement. They came same day to help us clean up the mess and evaluate what was the cause and what needed to be done to get us back to the baseline we were at. Madison Avenue helped us by advocating for us with our insurance company. The quality of work was amazing. My project was completed quickly and no corners cut. I would recommend Madison ave to any family and friends and if there was ever another emergency in my home, I would Madison Avenue again. Thank you for an amazing experience

Madison Ave had a crew over within hours after we call with an urgent situation in our basement. Our bathroom in the basement overflowing leaving 2 inches of sewage water all over my finished basement. The crew was great to deal with...working fast and very efficiently.

It was excellent, they did what they said they gonna do, and they listened to what I need and what I want, very timely and great job. they sort everything in the basement to restore it. they did many things and make sure that it is the right thing to do. the contractor was excellent they go above and beyond and I Highly recommend them.

Everyone at Madison construction was so easy to work with. They know what they are doing. They were at my house in the middle of a storm to stop the leak coming in. Next day they were there taking out all the damage areas. I would not use Anyone else but them.
